THE CENTER'S STAFF BELIEVES THAT ASSISTING AN INDIVIDUAL WITH BASIC SURVIVAL NEEDS HELPS TO FOSTOR THEIR ABILITY TO WORK TOWARD A MORE SECURE FUTURE FOR THEMSELVES AND THEIR FAMILIES.
