THE JIM AND JULI BOEHEIM FOUNDATION STRIVES TO ENRICH THE LIVES OF KIDS IN NEED WITHIN OUR CENTRAL NEW YORK COMMUNITY, AS WELL AS, PROVIDE SUPORT FOR ELIMINATING CANCER THROUGH RESEARCH AND ADVOCACY.

Waner Children’s Vascular Anomaly Foundation was established in 2007 by co-founders Milton Waner, M.D., Edward Foster and Sherri Foster. The vision of the foundation is set out in three parts; to provide financial assistance to families with children afflicted by these vascular anomalies, to provide or fund research directly related to understanding and treating vascular birthmarks and to support the activities of the Vascular Birthmark Institute of New York in their efforts to educate the medical community through seminars and a fellowship for training other physicians.

The High Fives Foundation supports the dreams of mountain action sports athletes by raising injury prevention awareness while providing resources and inspiration to those who have suffered a life-altering injury.

Their mission is simple. Al-Ayn Social Care Foundation stands for orphaned children and helps them realize their full potential. Their primary aim is to tend to the millions of orphaned children and thousands of displaced families resulting from war and acts of terrorism.

Sow A Seed Community Foundation provides youth, their families, and the community with education, tools and resources to overcome social and economic challenges, and lead positive, self sufficient lives. Our services include: prevention and intervention assistance, educational programs, leadership training, and community support.

The San Diego Brain Tumor Foundation serves the local community by providing funds to patients and their families who are coping with the daily stresses and difficulties of a brain tumor diagnosis. Through generous donations and our fundraising efforts, we can provide a variety of essential services to the brain tumor community.

The Caring Community Foundation (CCF) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that provides financial support to cancer patients in need through assistance with rent, utilities, transportation, or other expenses that become difficult to manage during treatment. We support individuals receiving treatment in the triangle area (Raleigh, Durham, and Chapel Hill).

The PTEN Hamartoma Tumor Syndrome Foundation was founded to find treatments or therapies for PTEN Syndromes by funding research, providing PHTS education, supporting patients, and by raising awareness. PHTS includes Cowden syndrome (CS), Bannayan-Riley-Ruvalcaba syndrome (BRRS), PTEN-related Proteus syndrome (PS), and Proteus-like syndrome.

The mission of the DPA's Assist the Officer Foundation is to provide immediate financial assistance to First Responders who have been injured or face catastrophic events causing a financial hardship. The ATO also provides confidential counseling to our First Responder community in order to ensure their mental wellness as they serve our communities each and every day.

The 49ers Foundation harnesses football to educate and empower Bay Area Youth through a collective of innovative and community focused strategies. From award-winning STEAM education and nationally recognized youth football programs, to impactful community partnerships with leading non-profits, we are tirelessly dedicated to inspiring the confidence and collaboration our youth need to tackle what is possible.

Mission: to empower and connect people touched by ectodermal dysplasias through education, support, and research. Vision: the National Foundation for Ectodermal Dysplasias will be a recognized leader among health-related nonprofit organizations and will be known for providing comprehensive services with loving care to individuals affected by ectodermal dysplasias and their families; for helping individuals and families benefit from early diagnosis and care, and for spearheading research that ultimately develops a cure.
