Our mission is to provide free quality of life, peer support programs that allow children to deal with the emotional trauma that childhood cancer has on them and their families. We exist to help our children develop the tools to cope with the reality of cancer in their lives, through both the short and long term effects. OAK is driven to build a community of trust and understanding within our population and beyond.

A Leg To Stand On

A Leg To Stand On (ALTSO) provides free prosthetic limbs, orthotic devices, mobility aids and corrective surgery to children in developing countries who have lost their limbs in traumatic accidents or suffer from congenital limb disabilities. Our mission is to help transform the lives of such children by offering them the physical capabilities necessary to access the opportunities and self-esteem earned through education, work and mobility.

Lower Cape Outreach Council

The mission of Lower Cape Outreach Council is to provide comprehensive assistance to those in need of immediate support and to encourage long-term self sufficiency. In addition to providing financial assistnace, we manage 9 emergency food pantries and Katy's Korner, a free clothing and resource center. Lower Cape Outreach Council supports residents of the 8 towns that constitute the Lower and Outer Cape Cod.

Our vision is to see every impoverished or vulnerable child achieve their potential by giving them the opportunity for a brighter future through education. Working with our network of ministry partners, we help thousands of children across the globe with their basic needs of food, clothing, healthcare, and shelter. We provide the connection through child sponsorship that gives sponsors the opportunity to brighten the life of a vulnerable child through prayer, encouragement and financial support.

Kakenya's Dream

The Kakenya Center for Excellence seeks to empower and motivate young girls through education to become agents of change and to break the cycle of destructive cultural practices in Maasai Kenya such as female genital cutting and early forced marriage. We believe in impacting one girl at a time, one community at a time, until all girls in Africa have the opportunities they need to thrive as individuals. These future women leaders will improve their communities, their nation, and the world.

We Are Family Senior Outreach Network Inc

Grounded in grassroots senior leadership, we are family mobilizes a committed corps of volunteers to reach out to isolated inner-city seniors living in Washington, D.C., with free services, advocacy, and companionship, building a network of caring eyes and ears that enables at-risk seniors to age in place. More than simply a social service provider, we are family is a bold experiment in building caring, just and inclusive community.

Clothes To Kids of Denver

Clothes To Kids of Denver provides free school clothing to students from low-income or in-crisis families in a warm, welcoming store-like setting. Our hope is that when students have the clothing they need to feel comfortable and confident in the classroom, they will better be able to focus on their studies and fit in with their peers. Without Clothes To Kids, thousands of Denver students would go without school clothing and basics each year.

The Fund for Armenian Relief (FAR) is dedicated to improving the lives of Armenians and preparing them for the 21st century. It cares for the most vulnerable populations by providing basic needs, like food, shelter and healthcare, and brings hope and opportunity through its programs, such as educational scholarships, vocational training and research grants. FAR empowers and engages the people, thereby strengthening Armenia and Karabagh. A prosperous Homeland will be a source of pride and inspiration for future generations of Armenians worldwide.

Scholars Of Tomorrow (SOT) is an upcoming nonprofit child care center. This center will focus on the development of the whole child. SOT believes in taking a holistic approach in creating future scholars by addressing both the social and academic development of children. SOT members understand that a solid academic and social foundation will enable EVERY to child to reach his or her potential!
