Our mission is to make a significant contribution to the community by reducing the number of homeless men, women and children in Washington State. Vision House works to dramatically change the lives of homeless families by providing services that teach self-sufficiency, ultimately empowering our residents to avoid homelessness, poverty and abuse in the future.

Our mission is to change the face of divorce by moving families forward in a positive relationship focused manner. Specifically, PAS Intervention hopes to accomplish this through awareness, education, support groups, research, resources, prevention and intervention tools to the public and the professionals, who support those affected by high conflict relationships.

Friends of Ethiopian Jews (FEJ) supports Ethiopian Jewish organizations and programs in Israel with a focus on education, employment, equity and changing the public narrative. FEJ supports organizations and programs under the control and leadership of Ethiopian Israelis themselves, and currently assists 12 Ethiopian Israeli-led programs, groups and projects.

Valerie's House helps children and families work through the loss of a loved one together and go on to live fulfilling lives. The vision is that no child will grieve alone. Valerie's House is devoted to providing children, ages 4 to 19, and their families who have experienced the death of a loved one, a safe place to share feelings and experience loving support while moving through the grieving and healing process. Under the guidance of a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Qualified Supervisor and a dedicated program team, Valerie's House programs help grieving children achieve mental and emotional health and balance. Additionally, Valerie's House provides each child's caregiver(s) with tools to identify the changing faces of grief and build coping skills for the family to heal together.

We envision a future where access to financial and social resources is not limited by where one lives.We have been serving Great Houston since 1871. Assistance may include food, rent, utility, clothing, disaster assistance, and emotional and spiritual support. Our model is one of person-to-person service and we achieve this by our Home Visit Ministry, going directly to our neighbors in need.

Independence House helps all domestic violence and sexual assault victims and their children by creating opportunities to find safety and become empowered through crisis intervention, advocacy, counseling, referral, prevention outreach, education and inspiring change in our community. Our vision is to see domestic and sexual violence come to an end.

Their mission is simple: " We strive to provide an encounter, that will spark a desire for someone who has been without hope, to find hope, and courage, and determination, and success. Through our GIVING, our TIME and most importantly our COMMITMENT we make positive changes in people's lives...one dime at a time!"

The Southern California Counseling Center changes lives and strengthens communities by providing affordable mental health services to people in need.We are based in Mid-City Los Angeles, with services available in Watts, Koreatown and at area public schools. During the Covid-19 pandemic, all services and programs have been offered online.

CHGM will be one of the DC area's most cutting-edge, effective catalysts for change that helps homeless people and those at-risk of becoming homeless transform their own lives. We will continue to be known for excellence at providing empowering human services, our highly effective organization, and engagement of our community as partners in our work.
