Lazarus House's mission is to offer guests connected to St. Charles, Geneva, Batavia and western rural Kane County, Illinois, who are homeless or in need, hope for the future by providing hospitality, food, safe shelter, and education – tools for life. We strive to make certain that all who enter feel the love of Jesus. Goals are to: 1)help the homeless return to independent living with the skills and habits needed for long-term success and 2)offer services and referrals to help those in need in our community in order to prevent homelessness and support the well being of individuals and their families.

The Mission of Center for Human Services is to change lives and build futures through programs that strengthen and support youth and families.CHS was founded in 1970 as Headrest, a substance abuse street outreach program for youth in Stanislaus County. Fifty-two years later, we continue to partner with city/county agencies, schools, non-profits and community groups to serve children, youth and adults throughout Stanislaus County. CHS has adopted a decentralized, community centered service delivery model and routinely works with partners to design and implement targeted services that honor each community’s unique and diverse needs.

Motherly Autistic Care (MAC) is a nonprofit support system & network for families that struggle with social opportunities and outlets for their Autistic loved ones. We aim to service and highlight individuals that are “not able” to engage in social and familial activities due to their possible grandiose, difficult to manage, intolerable behaviors. We aim to provide social settings where they are to just Beautifully Free to just Be themselves. MAC provides a haven for Autistic families to exist without judgement. Social engagement, community outreach, activities, and self-care opportunities for both parent and child are essential to MAC.

Humane Borders, motivated by faith and kindness to others, offers humanitarian assistance to those in need through the deployment of emergency water stations on routes known to be used by migrants coming north through our desert. Our sole mission is to take death out of the immigration equation. Our water tanks are on a combination of private and public lands. In all cases we have permission to locate our water stations on these lands in writing from the landowners. Humane Borders was founded in June 2000 to create a safe and death free border environment

Jessie's Place is a child advocacy center where investigative efforts of law enforcement and DCF are coordinated and supported with collaboration from community partners of multiple disciplines. In our child-friendly facility, abused and neglected children of Citrus County, Florida receive specialized forensic interviews and medical exams. The children and their families receive advocacy services and trauma-focused, evidence-based therapy to help heal the trauma and begin their journey to recovery. All services are provided free of charge.Our mission statement is: "Our community working together to protect, serve, and advocate for children."

Be the Hope Someone Needs with Agape. For vulnerable, orphaned children as well as pregnant women in crisis, Agape offers a safe, hopeful future. A ministry of Jesus Christ, Agape helps hurting children find permanent homes with nurturing Christian families. Founded in 1977, Agape is a non-profit 501(c)3 agency whose staff and board are all faithful Christians. We are licensed by the state of Alabama to provide foster care as well as domestic and international adoption services. We welcome those who wish to volunteer to help children and expectant mothers in need, and invite all to pray for them and share Agape’s mission with others.

Right Moves for Youth’s mission is to provide resources and guidance to help students graduate high school with a plan for their future success.Research shows that when youth are supported, they thrive and become healthy adults who contribute to society. With that said, RMFY is a school-based, youth development and student support program focused on helping teens develop the skills to succeed in school and life. Using a group counseling model, RMFY helps students come to school, do the right things, strengthen social skills, and get ready for college and the workforce. In our program, students grow together and build positive relationships to excel academically, socially and emotionally!

Established in 1971, Raphael House was the first shelter in San Francisco for families experiencing homelessness. The mission of Raphael House is to help at-risk families achieve stable housing and financial independence while strengthening family bonds and personal dignity. At Raphael House, we see homelessness as a temporary state that doesn't define a person. We understand that homelessness can result from unexpected economic, health-related circumstances, or a breakdown in family structure. We provide families an opportunity to take ownership of their futures and improve the quality of their lives through a nurturing and supportive process emphasizing the importance of strong families and personal dignity.

Striving to create a safe, substance-free environment that nurtures artistic expression, creativity and self-confidence. The Friends of Madison Youth is a non-profit organization that runs programming out of the youth center at The Madison Arts Barn. The Barn aims to act as a creative outlet and venue of expression for local teens and young adults. The youth of the Connecticut shoreline can attend and participate in concerts, creative workshops, theatrical performances, and more all in a safe and supportive environment. It is our goal to bring the community together through music, arts and culture and to empower young people by supporting them in the exploration of their interests and passions.

SnehaKarma Foundation believes in offering a helping hand to as many people as possible to help them get their birth right back. It a big mission to have, for a small not-for-profit organization but we do believe in the power of Humanity. We believe that it is in Human nature to help the needy. All that is needed is to help connect the needy with the ones who can help. We call this coming together of kind hearted people to help the needy as 'Sneha Karma' (Deeds of the Heart).
