MaxLove Project is a Santa Ana, California based nonprofit organization with a mission to increase the quality of life and reduce health risks for all children surviving cancer, both in treatment and beyond. We empower families fighting childhood cancers and related life-threatening conditions with quality of life care, fierce foods, whole-body wellness resources, education and research. We believe that true health starts when families are empowered to be active partners in their child’s healing. At MaxLove Project, we invest in hope. Today, nearly 80% of all children diagnosed with some cancers survive beyond 5 years. While this is great news for many, the fight for most is never over. Researchers now know that the treatments that save lives also increase later risks for serious, life-threatening illnesses. These health risks are lifelong, increase with age, and can result in early death. This is why we’re kickstarting our own wellness revolution, one specifically for kids and families fighting cancer and the lifelong effects of cancer treatment. Our mission is to empower women, girls, and their families by providing them with the skills and linkages to meet their self-defined needs, increase their access to care and support, and engage them so that they are best equipped to ‘own’ their health outcomes, improve their quality of life, and protect their rights.

On Call Africa (OCA)'s goals are 1) to conduct on the spot medical care in rural areas by the use of mobile medical clinics, 2) to provide health education to local populations and 3) work towards a system of sustainable medical care in target areas.

The mission of the Pregnancy Help Center is to provide a safe, caring environment where every woman facing a crisis pregnancy can receive information, education, and practical assistance in order to eliminate the crisis and choose life for her baby; and to inspire others to embrace sexual health and integrity.

We work to disrupt systemic and multi-generational cycles of inequity by partnering with children, families and communities to transform population-level health and well-being.

At Lazarex Cancer Foundation, we strive to improve cancer health outcomes, FDA cancer clinical trial diversity and enrollment, and patient access to care by providing assistance with clinical trial navigation, reimbursing trial related travel costs, and partnering with at-risk communities to mobilize resources.

Mission Jewish Family Service strives to enhance the quality of life of individuals and families of all ages, faiths, and backgrounds in San Antonio and the surrounding area, through social, psychological, health and educational programs guided by the Jewish values of “repairing the world” and “taking responsibility for each other.”

Clackamas Service Center is an inclusive, trauma-informed "one-stop-shop" where community members experiencing hunger and poverty can meet their basic food, health, and hygiene needs, and connect with supportive services to help them take their next steps toward stability and self-sufficiency.

Jewish Family Service helps those in need restore emotional health and self-sufficiency. Lives are changed through our professional, sliding scale (starting at $0 fee) services which include counseling, job assistance, family violence intervention, gerontology and emergency assistance/food pantry.
