Children's Healing Art Project (CHAP)

Children's Healing Art Project (CHAP) brings the healing power of art to children and families facing medical challenges. Our mobile team of teaching artists work in local hospitals, clinics and community art spaces. Research demonstrates the importance of art in the healing process: It helps patients and family members cope, encourages compliance with treatment plans, increases self-confidence, encourages self-expression, reduces stress, pain, isolation and anxiety and promotes quality of life.

My Very Own Blanket Project

Purpose: “My Very Own Blanket”, Inc. is organized exclusively for charitable, scientific and education purposes. The organization’s general purpose is to provide financial relief and assistance to the poor and underprivileged members of the community. The specific purpose of this corporation is to provide blankets and other personal necessities to children in foster care so that the children may retain these items as their own when they are being transferred to and from different foster families or caregivers. Further, the organization may engage in purposes permitted under Ohio laws governing nonprofit corporations that benefit or support the needs of children in foster care.

A transplant offers hope for a cure. We connect patients with their genetically matched donors and provide comprehensive support throughout the transplant journey, from diagnosis through recovery.

Give Kids The World

The most magical sound in the world is that of a child's laughter. That is what fills the air at Give Kids The World Village—a wish-fulfilling, fanciful, carefree retreat for children with life-threatening illnesses, and their families. Give Kids The World Village is a 70-acre, nonprofit ""storybook"" Village located nearCentral Florida's most beloved attractions. Here, children and their families are treated to weeklong, cost-free fantasy vacations, complete with accommodations in the Village's whimsical villas, transportation, donated attraction tickets, meals, and much more. At the Village, these precious children learn that dreams really do come true, as they and their families are immersed in joy, hope, and non-stop fun for a few unforgettably happy days. Since 1989, the Village has hosted more than 130,000 deserving families from all 50 states and more than 75 countries. This extraordinary, life-changing experience is Give Kids The World's gift, made possible only through the generosity of dedicated corporations and countless individuals.

The Art of Elysium

The Art of Elysium is a Los Angeles based non-profit 501 (c) 3 organization, founded in 1997, that encourages artists to dedicate their time and talent to under-served, at risk, and hospitalized children whose lives are constantly disrupted by hardship or chronic and often terminal illness. Every week we bring hands on workshops, led by local artists, free of charge to these children.

Our mission is to provide free legal and social services to detained adults and unaccompanied children facing immigration removal proceedings in Arizona. Our vision is to ensure that all immigrants facing removal have access to counsel, understand their rights under the law, and are treated fairly and humanely.
