IsraAID's mission is to effectively support and meet the changing needs of populations as they move from crisis to reconstruction, rehabilitation, and eventually, to sustainable living. This commitment is expressed in emergency relief and sustainable development, with an emphasis on the transition between them.

Our mission is humanitarian assistance by promoting basic human needs of the people in developing countries and in disaster areas through our specialty of information and communication technology (ICT) e.g. assistance to medical facilities, emergency relief activities for disaster victims and training of young ICT leaders in developing countries.

To achieve the better livelihood of the rural population of different sections of the community through initiation of environmental conservation, social justice as well as innovative environmental friendly sustainable development activities. The goal is to assist for the improvement of household economy of the pro-poor population in order to achieve enhanced livelihood.

To promote, support and maintain educational opportunities and initiatives for children and adults that do not have access to such opportunities and initiatives - predominantly in (but not limited to) Nepal, Indonesia, Africa and Australia To create sponsor partnerships to underwrite individual educational expenses. To support low income schools in developing countries and/or disadvantaged community in order to enhance the educational opportunities that the school can provide and maintain. To provide and/or support the social welfare of families in order to facilitate educational opportunities for family groups. Hope's mission is bring hope to the marginalised sections of the society. We focus in our work on those who are affected by alcohol and drugs, those suffering from HIV/AIDS and also on those who are persons with disabilities as well as disasters. One of the focus areas is visual impairment which is addressed under the banner of The Project Vision. We do it by promoting eye donation and also providing eye care facilities for the rural poor people. The motto is 'let everyone see'. HOPE Recovery Centre, Belgaum: A30 bedded treatment facility for the alcoholics and drug addicts based at Piranwadi, Belgaum, established in 1999. SUPPPORT, Bangalore: Care centre for the HIV/AIDS affected persons at the Sumanahalli campus, Magadi road, which can provide residential care and rehabilitation for 30 persons. SUPPPORT, Belgaum: Care centre for the HIV/AIDS affected persons at Camp, Belgaum which can provide residential care and rehabilitation for 15 persons. Bangalore Cares for Nepal is our intervention for the earthquake affected persons in Nepal. We focus on education and shelter. We also promote voluntary work in this field.

Our mission is to organize the targeted groups- Women, children Youths and marginalized communities against Caste/ Gender in-equality, other social evils and help them to improve their health and economical status. We hope to make them self reliant so that they have a proper participation in the decision-making bodies in the society and are able to enjoy their rights.

On the 11th of March 2011, Japan was hit by one of the most powerful earthquakes ever known to have hit the country. Following the earthquakes, large tsunamis devastated Japan's north-eastern coast, damaging or destroying nearly 40,000 buildings, leaving 20,000 dead. IsraAID's first team arrived on the ground 4 days after the tsunami, and distributed aid, cleaned houses, created child-friendly spaces, and rebuilt schools. During this period, IsraAID discovered a rapidly growing need for psycho-social and post-traumatic care, and has decided to launch the "Japan IsraAID Support Program (JISP)" in August 2013. Drawing on local and foreign knowledge, IsraAID and JISP have provided direct support to the victims and trained thousands of professionals and care providers in MHPSS, offering PTSD prevention, stress-management and leadership workshops. Founded in the aftermath of the great disaster in Tohoku, JISP now operates as one of the leading humanitarian organizations based in Japan's Tohoku Region where very few international NGOs activate.

Himalayan Human Rights Monitors (HimRights) is a non-governmental, non-partisan, and non-profit organization committed to defending the rights of poor, marginalized and socially excluded communities and individuals, with a special focus on women, children and youth. HimRights works in affiliation with all major human rights institutions based in Nepal and abroad, pursuing a three fold approach of (1) monitoring, reporting and responding to human rights violations; and (2) promoting good governance and (3) advocating and training for policy change rights based approach, influence, awareness raising, and capacity building to cope with and respond to changing human rights dynamics in Nepal. HimRights was informally formed in mid 1990s and was officially registered in 1999. The current team consists of lawyers, teachers, journalists, anthropologists, conflict and development specialists, social workers and human rights activists. Together, these individuals bring decades of individual and collective professional experience to HimRights, enabling HimRights to work effectively in the areas of human rights, anti- trafficking and safe migration, good governance, conflict mitigation, reconciliation, and peace building. Population focus Minorities (indigenous Janajati and Dalit) uprooted, displaced, and specially-abled who are marginalized with special focus on women, children and youth, who transcend all categories. Strategic focus > To monitor and document rights, peace, justice and development findings to better advocate and lobby for structural and policy changes to align with human rights instruments. > To advocate against human trafficking at community, national and international levels, to reduce the incidence of human trafficking within and outside of Nepal. > To protect uprooted and displaced persons right to migrate as well as return to their place of origin discourage their discrimination Working Approaches > Monitoring and reporting human rights violation > Responding to these violations > Advocating, and training for policy change influence, raised awareness and improved capacity of bodies to cope with and respond to changing human rights dynamics in Nepal. HimRights promotes participation, inclusion and equity through right based conflict sensitive and good governance principles.

The Asia Pacific Alliance for Disaster Management (A-PAD) is a trans-national disaster aid alliance that works to facilitate cooperation and understanding between governments, private companies and NGOs in the Asia Pacific region. We will facilitate collaboration among the member countries for the purpose of delivering effective and efficient disaster assistance through disaster preparedness, risk reduction, relief and recovery. A pre-agreement among governments, private companies, and NGOs would make it possible for us to act together and deliver even more effective and efficient disaster assistance to disaster victims. A difference we want to make... International rescue efforts are becoming increasingly common in today's world. Each country, however, sends their team separately, and their rescue efforts are often conducted independently of each other. It is true that each country is trying to do its best in rescuing disaster victims. Yet, if we could reach a pre-agreement, not merely among nations but also between different sectors, to act together to fight any future disaster... We would be able to deliver even more efficient and effective disaster aid to even more people, in even less time.

Working with local grassroots charities and NGOs in 13 countries across the globe, the Global Vision International (GVI) Charitable Trust manages and raises funds for numerous long-term programs. These funds are used to support our local partners with the aims of alleviating poverty, illiteracy, environmental degradation and climate change. We do this through education, nutrition, conservation and capacity building. Our work focuses upon 3 key objectives: awareness, impact and empowerment. The aim is to create awareness of global issues, have a direct impact on those issues locally and empower our alumni, be they volunteers, donors, staff or community members, to continue impacting local issues on a global level.
