The The Wheelchair Foundation, a division of Behring Global Educational Foundation, a charitable foundation, has a goal to provide a free wheelchair to every child, teen and adult worldwide who needs one but has no means to acquire one.

Our mission is to enhance and deliver free medical/dental service to the underserved and impoverished people of Cambodia. We have treated more than 20,500 patients in the past 6 missons. This is possible because of YOU our gernerous donors.

To provide free reconstructive surgery and dental treatment to children with cleft lip and palate anomalies in underserved areas of the world. 2. To establish comprehensive cleft treatment centers in collaboration with local professionals and inspire them to support free interdisciplinary treatment programs. 3. To foster an awareness of the necessity to provide timely comprehensive care for all cleft lip and palate anomalies. 4. To develop and implement programs to identify causes and support preventive measures to reduce the incidence of cleft lip and palate. 5. To create international understanding and goodwill by building bridges of friendship among all people.

Founded by David Talbot Maes nephew in 2006. Enabling disabled around the world by donating crutches which have been donated to them. We believe mobility should be free. 103,000 items have been shipped to those in dire need.

Founded in 2002, She Is Safe prevents, rescues and restores girls and women from abuse and slavery in high risk communities around the world, equipping them to build whole new lives. Our goal is to make every high-risk girl safe, free and equipped.

Pediatric Orthopedic Project, Inc. (POP) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to improving pediatric orthopedic care in the developing world through surgical mission trips, the education of local medical staff, and hospital facility improvements.Every year we travel to countries in the developing world with a team of medical experts (doctors, nurses, physician assistants and technologists) and provide free orthopedic surgery on impoverished children. Currently, we are focusing our efforts in Santiago, Dominican Republic where more than 250 children have received free surgical correction in 8 years. Our organization's priorities includes education of the local doctors and medical staff.

Mercy in Action is a non-profit organization that focuses on the crisis in Maternal/Newborn/Child health care worldwide. We have been establishing and funding free birth centers for poor families in the Philippines since 1992, and to date more than 12,000 babies have been delivered free of charge for the poorest of the poor in Mercy In Action's Birth Centers, and literally tens of thousands of lives have been helped and healed in the medical outreaches. Mercy In Acton also teaches clinical internships, seminars and training retreats to prepare midwives, medics and nurses to meet the global shortage of skilled birth attendants, and to help primary health care workers prevent unnecessary child deaths.

Our mission is to promote sustainable village development in partnership with Cambodian people by helping to provide clean water, sanitation, educational opportunities, health care from birth onwards, improved nutrition, and economic empowerment. We work to increase awareness of environmental and social responsibility within families and communities by helping provide the necessary tools for villagers to improve their quality of life; feel pride and reach their highest potential. The Freedom from Fistula Foundation (FFFF) manages and funds projects that deliver maternal health care to vulnerable girls and women across Africa. The foundation treats and cares for those suffering from obstetric fistula by offering free surgeries, free maternity care, safe childbirth and provides programs aimed at prevention, social and psychological support and economic empowerment to those affected. The overall goal of the organization is to completely eradicate obstetric fistulas for women and girls in Africa. The key objectives of the FFFF are: To expand or develop fistula services in Africa, particularly in Kenya, Malawi, Sierra Leone and Madagascar. To finance access to healthcare during pregnancy and labor and to help prevent obstetric fistulas from occurring. To provide education and empowerment to fistula patients. To partner with other organizations and local facilities to improve fistula and maternity care.

Founded in 2011, Love Unlimited Foundation Inc. prepares underprivileged children in Jamaica for school by donating backpacks, school supplies and scholarships through our free Love U camp. Our goal is to end the poverty cycle in Jamaica by motivating and inspiring the youth to be successful educated leaders who preserve the world with love. Ultimately we want to build a space in Jamaica for the youth that fosters love.

The Haitian Orchestra Institute (HOI) is an advanced musical training platform that enables over 100 of Haiti’s most talented and dedicated musicians/teachers to receive intensive orchestral and instrumental training from Musicians of the Utah Symphony (MOTUS) and Utah Symphony Music Director Thierry Fischer. Begun in 2017, the program is entirely free to all Haitian participants, including travel, room, and board. In 2019, the HOI officially became a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.

To provide free of charge insulin and disease management supplies to those with diabetes who otherwise would go without these life saving provisions. In short, the organization collects in date, unopened, supplies from individuals or organizations in the USA and, following careful inspection, delivers them to disadvantaged regions to be utilized by those in need. IFL-USA is fully licensed by the State of Florida to both receive and distribute medications for this purpose, and is insured for its activities. All donations to the organization are tax deductible in accordance with regulations.
