The Italian Community Center (ICC) was established to serve Italian Americans and to serve the community at large. The Italian Community Center organizes and hosts Festa Italiana, the annual celebration of Italian culture, heritage and entertainment, at the Summerfest Grounds.

The purpose of the American friends of the Israel Democracy Institute, Inc. is to promote and support in the United States and elsewhere, the nonpartisan analysis, study and research on government and economic reform conducted by a nonprofit charitable and educational. 

Ukrainian Catholic Education Foundation

The Ukrainian Catholic Education Foundation teaches Americans about the academic and financial needs of Ukrainian Catholic educational institutions in Ukraine. In a sincere commitment to personal involvement and high standards, the UCEF works with these institutions hands-on to meet present needs and develop resources for the future. The Connecticut Institute for Refugees and Immigrants (CIRI) is a statewide nonprofit organization that assists refugees and immigrants resolve legal, economic, linguistic and social barriers so that they become self-sufficient, integrated and contributing members of the community. CIRI achieves this mission by providing a compassionate array of high-quality legal, social and educational programming and by promoting cross-cultural understanding and decent treatment for all.

America Israel Friendship League

The America-Israel Friendship League (AIFL) has been building and mobilizing grassroots support for Israel and strengthening the relationship between the two countries through people-to-people activities for 50 years. By sending Leadership Delegations to Israel, conducting outreach to program alumni and other interested parties, engaging in Pastor/ Educator Seminars, and hosting an annual Youth Ambassador Student Exchange (YASE), AIFL continues the vision of its founders. These leaders sought to promote a strong and enduring friendship and cooperative bond between Americans and Israelis of all ages, faiths, ethnic backgrounds and political orientations. Mission Statement Beyond making friends, our mission is aimed towards increasing Americans’ understanding of the contemporary Israel story – its entrepreneurship, culture, medical research, environmental protection initiatives, and so much more. This is a story unknown to most Americans because the media almost always presents Israel principally through the lens of the Israeli- Palestinian conflict. Broadening that lens is critical to building greater support for Israel.

Hands of Peace is an interfaith organization that empowers young people to raise their voices as leaders of change. Through the power of dialogue, Palestinians, Israelis and Americans partner to pursue peace, equality, freedom and justice. Hands of Peace believes the future depends on the leadership of the next generation.

Momoko Ito Foundation

The Momoko Ito Foundation was founded in 1996 with the charter to foster Japan/US relations through the medium of new information technology. We received our nonprofit status in 1997, and are in the planning stages for the initial activities for our foundation.
