CTUL is a nonprofit workers center focused on providing leadership development to low-wage workers throughout the Twin Cities. We are an organization by and for low-wage workers, dedicated to achieving fair pay, safe conditions, basic dignity, and a voice in the workplace for ourselves and future generations of workers. Through CTUL low-wage workers have recovered nearly $2 million in stolen wages and damages, and won policy changes improving the lives of thousands of workers.
Magdalene Omaha/Thistle Lights is a survivor-led program of healing, recovery, and economic empowerment for women who experienced sex trafficking/prostitution, violence, and addiction. Our two-year residential recovery program offers long-term housing, access to comprehensive trauma-informed care, legal support, and educational assistance for our residents. Residents also gain employment experience through Thistle Lights, our survivor-led small business which features hand-made products designed and crafted with love by a survivor.

In 1960, with only 14 clients, Partnership Resources, Inc. was formed to help fill this gawe serve over 200 individuals in both employment and cultural enrichment programs. PRI's foundation is job placement. We have a diversified group of community partners that provide employment to our clients.
