New Growth Project

THE ORGANIZATION WILL PROVIDE JOB TRAINING AND EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES TO INDIVIDUALS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES (IDD) IN THE FARMING INDUSTRY, WHILE RAISING AWARENESS OF THE CONTRIBUTIONS THAT CAN BE MADE BY IDD, CONNECTING THE COMMUNITY WITH IDD, AND EDUCATING THE COMMUNITY ABOUT CHEMICAL-FREE FARMING AND THE BENEFITS OF EATING RESPONSIBLY-GROWN PRODUCE.

Golden Heart Ranch (GHR) provides young adults with intellectual and development disabilities opportunities to reach their fullest potentials and enjoy meaningful, satisfying and joyful lives. We are an inclusive community where all young adults learn, work and create lifelong friendships in a supportive and caring environment.

Homeward Bound Of Marin

Founded in 1974, Homeward Bound of Marin strives to end homelessness in our community with training, housing and hope. Our programs range from emergency shelter to permanent supportive housing for families and individuals, combined with services like counseling and job training that help residents build a sustainable, independent future. We also operate several social enterprise businesses, including production of Wagster Treats dog biscuits and The Key Room event venue, that offer hands-on work experience to students and graduates while earning revenue to support our programs. To celebrate its 50th anniversary, Homeward Bound plans to open 50 new units of housing for veterans and people moving back into the workforce.

Every Citizen Has Opportunities, Inc.

Founded in 1974 Every Citizen has Opportunities' mission is to empower individuals with disabilities to achieve their optimal level of personal, social and economic success. ECHO offers vocational training, community integration, and comprehensive, individualized employment to individuals in the program. ECHO is located in Leesburg, Virginia, had performs work on-site at businesses throughout Northern Virginia.

Dreamcatchers Empowerment Network

The mission of Dreamcatchers Empowerment Network is to provide assessments, job preparation, job placement and job coaching to youth and adults with limitations and disabilities. Dreamcatchers Empowerment Network is dedicated to serving individuals in a collaborative manner, with a network of other agencies. Dreamcatchers services are directed at assisting individuals to prepare for, choose, obtain, and retain employment. Services are tailored to an individual's strengths, resources, priorities, needs, abilities, interests and informed choices.

Indiana Institute for Global Health, Inc.

Academic Model Providing Access to Healthcare (AMPATH) was created in 2001 in response to the HIV crisis in western Kenya. It is built on a partnership between Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital and the Moi University School of Medicine in Eldoret, Kenya, and a consortium of North American academic health centers, led by Indiana University. The partners joined forces to create one of Africa's largest, most comprehensive and effective HIV/AIDS management and control systems. AMPATH is a formal partner with the United States government through a $75 million grant from USAID and has continually expanded its successful HIV approach to into a more comprehensive primary health care system. With a tri-partite mission of care, education, and research, AMPATH provides healthcare services to a population of 3.5 million people in western Kenya and focuses on improving the health and wellbeing of the entire population-leaving no one behind.
