“One group of adolescents at greatest risk of failing to make successful transitions to adulthood are delinquent youth who end up in the "deep end" of the juvenile justice system, in its detention centers and other locked institutions.”* Mentoring, A Touch From Above (MATFA) was founded in 1998 precisely to help these young people in the "deep end" make a successful transition to adulthood. MATFA mentors incarcerated and at-risk youth to help them become positive, productive young adults by emphasizing accountability and forgiveness and providing life skills. MATFA trains and supports mentors to help youth in the program acquire skills for successful and positive re-entry into society. PVJOBS is a nonprofit 501©3 public benefit corporation whose mission is to provide career-track employment opportunities for at-risk youth, adults and veterans in construction and related industries.

The Sophia Akash Foundation's (SAF) mission is to facilitate sustainable paths out of poverty for the world's poor. We recognise that for those living in poverty, the essential services that enable them to build sustainable livelihoods are unaffordable. Our mission is to change that. We help build strong, sustainable Social Enterprises, using innovative solutions to meet the basic needs of poor and unserved communities. With access to affordable basic services such as financial inclusion, primary healthcare, education and others, households can break the cycle of poverty.

Our mission is to provide a safe and supportive environment in which to connect day workers and employers with dignity. In addition, we strive to empower day workers and improve their socio-economic condition through fair employment, education, job skills training, and community service. The Center also supports advocacy efforts on issues that affect day workers.

BENDER LEADERSHIP ACADEMY'S MISSION IS TO CHANGE THE CAREER TRAJECTORY AND INCREASE LONG-TERM, COMPETITIVE, INTEGRATED EMPLOYMENT FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES. THROUGH A NETWORK OF SCHOOL SYSTEM, BUSINESS, GOVERNMENT PARTNERS AND OTHER VOLUNTEERS, THE BENDER LEADERSHIP ACADEMY'S COMPETENCY-BUILDING PROGRAMS ENABLE STUDENTS WITH DISABILITIES TO ARCHIVE CAREER SUCCESS THROUGH A SERIES OF IDENTIFIED EDUCATIONAL AND WORK EXPERIENCE OPPORTUNITIES.
