The Interfaith Food Pantry of the Oranges (IFPO) is an all-volunteer, supplemental food pantry helping to meet essential human needs of food-insecure residents of Orange, West Orange and East Orange, NJ, with dignity and respect.

Working together to feed the hungry in our community, The Food Pantries for the Capital District is a coalition of more than 64 food pantries located in Albany, Rensselaer, Saratoga, and Schenectady Counties. Annually, The Food Pantries helps fund, collect, and deliver 1,464 tons of food for our member food pantries, which helps provide food for approximately 3.2 million meals. We also support our member pantries by providing service coordination, education, training, opportunities for networking, and infant needs and holiday meals programs. The Center for an Agricultural Economy envisions a future with thriving landscapes, healthy local food, and vital, equitable communities. We believe a place-based agricultural economy and intentional community development is the path to this future.

Founded in 1979, The Society of St. Andrew (SOSA) feeds the hungry and reduces food waste. We gather food from farms, food that would otherwise end up in a landfill, and deliver it to food pantries, homeless shelters, and soup kitchens.

To coordinate the acquisition and distribution of food and basic essentials to the hungry and the needy through our network of non-profit, service agencies that provide directly for the needs of the hungry and the poor of our community. We also serve as the regional distribution site for USDA commodities. We also operate a Kids Cafe program.  We are a part of Feeding America, and have operated in Gainesville since 1987.

Project Bread brings a fresh approach to ending hunger. These are our goals: to promote sustainable and reliable access to healthy food for all, to invest in the strength and resiliency of local communities, and to collaborate with others in building a robust regional food system. With the support of our partners, donors, corporate sponsors, individuals—and tens of thousands of Walkers—we work to break the cycle of hunger and poverty by devising, funding, advocating for, and facilitating solutions that change lives across the Commonwealth. As the only statewide anti-hunger organization, we listen and learn, identify needs and opportunities, and connect people, resources, and programs—in ways both tried and new.

The 200 women of Voices from the Heart, directed by Joanne Connolly in collaboration with pianist/video producer Matt Jenson, celebrate all people and places with a vision of singing, connecting, and giving.

FHFH feeds the hungry by transforming donated deer, elk and livestock into nutritious meat for food banks and feeding ministries. Nutritious red meat is the most-needed item at food banks and feeding ministries nationwide. FHFH pays to have deer and other big-game donated by hunters processed, packaged and frozen by approved, participating meat cutters. The meat, which is high in protein and low in fat, is distributed free of charge to the food banks and feeding ministries that serve the poor nationwide. FHFH exists to serve the Lord Jesus Christ by feeding the hungry. In the Bible, Isaiah the prophet and Jesus himself lift up feeding the hungry as one of the traits of those who have given their hearts to the Lord.
