The Arkansas Foodbank is a cornerstone of hunger relief that acquires and distributes, through local and national partnerships, large quantities of food and other resources to hungry people. The Arkansas Foodbank is the largest food bank in Arkansas, is a member of Feeding America and the Arkansas Hunger Relief Alliance. Its warehouses in Little Rock and Warren serve approximately 300 food pantries, soup kitchens, shelters, schools and other agencies that provide aid directly to hungry Arkansans. Last year, the Foodbank distributed more than 22 million pounds of food to agencies that help feed the hungry.

It is the mission of Holy Cross Education Foundation to provide funding and administrative assistance to schools that strive to provide the highest quality primary education to children in disadvantage areas. Mustard Seed Communities (MSC) is a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to caring for the most vulnerable populations in society. Founded in 1978, MSC provides care to children and adults with physical and mental disabilities, children affected by HIV/AIDS, teenage mothers, impoverished families, and marginalized communities throughout Jamaica, Nicaragua, Dominican Republic, and Zimbabwe.

Crossroads' mission is to nourish our community's low-income families by providing nutritious food and supportive education. Through a network of community partners, the Georgia Mountain Food Bank addresses hunger, health, and quality of life by serving those in need.

Waste Not Want Not exists to prevent the discarding of items that can be used to fight hunger and poverty in our community. We do this by rescuing food daily from numerous sources for distribution to load charitable organizations, and through other cost-effective, volunteer-driven initiatives.Every year, one-quarter of the food produced in America is thrown away before it reaches a consumer. While we, as a nation, annually discard 27 million tons of wholesome food, more than 38 million Americans suffer from food insecurity. Waste Not Waste Not is the smart response to this disconnect between abundance and need.
