Our mission is to aid and support children suffering from poverty, sickness, lack of education or who have experienced physical or moral violence, by offering them the opportunity and the hope of a new life. It is an independent, lay organisation and is also designated an ONLUS (Non-profit organisation of social value). It operates without discrimination of culture, ethnicity and religion and upholds the United Nations rights of the child. The Foundation works around the world and is closest to the weakest and most neglected children offering them food, medicine, health care, education and programmes for social reintegration. Values - Love and respect for oneself and for others - Always put oneself in the place of the other - Pursue excellence - Seek justice About Pintando Caminos Who We Are Pintando Caminos Asociacion para Recrear el Futuro (Pintando Caminos Association to Recreate the Future) is a registered non-profit that, for more than 12 years, has provided spaces and opportunities to improve the lives of boys and girls who live in the oppressed and impoverished neighborhood of Potosi, in Ciudad Bolivar (Bogota, Colombia). We desire to break the cycle of poverty in Colombia ad to provide the children and young adults with all the necessary tools for them to succeed in life in a dignified way, and to help the youth become complete and integrated persons, with values that make it possible for us to build a better country in the future.

:  To provide an efficient and coordinated system for the collection and distribution of food to the participating feeding agencies in our service area. Additionally, to increase public awareness regarding hunger so that individuals and organizations in our local communities are inspired to donate food, funds, time and ideas to reduce or minimize hunger for our needy population.  : As defined by Feeding America our service area consists of Placer, El Dorado, and Nevada Counties in Northern California.

The Patrician Society functions as a nonprofit, nonsectarian organization designed to meet the basic human needs of economically disadvantaged adults, children and families in our community. The Patrician Society will utilize volunteer workers whenever possible and will solicit private and public monetary and in-kind resources for use in the conduct of its programs.

Feed Washington's mission is to end childhood hunger in Washington State. Over 400,000 children go hungry in our State on a daily basis. Feed Washington feels this is unacceptable and is committed to doing whatever it can to make sure every child in Washington State has enough to eat every day.

Founded in 1946, RCS's mission is to feed the hungry, help families facing homelessness return to self-sufficiency, and empower survivors of domestic violence. We do this in Pinellas County, Florida through RCS Food Bank, RCS Grace House (for homeless families), and The Haven at RCS (for women and children facing domestic abuse)

Swipe Out Hunger is a nonprofit organization focused on ending hunger. We do this directly through our premier initiative which allows university students to donate their unused meal points. These funds are then donated to their local food insecure community, both on and around campus. We empower students to see themselves as Change Makers and inspire university campuses to adopt sustainable dining practices. We bridge the campus and local community by providing meals, warm hearts and financial support.

TO ABOLISH FOOD DESERTS IN UNDERSERVED LOW-INCOME COMMUNITIES, CREATE THE NEXT GENERATION OF FARMERS, AND PROVIDE HEALTHY FRESH PRODUCE TO THE UNDER REPRESENTED POPULATION. THROUGH EDUCATION, THE GOAL OF THE TERRACE FOUNDATION IS TO TEACH THE CHILDREN AND ADULTS TO LIVE SUSTAINABLY, OWN THEIR FOOD SUPPLY, AND DEFEAT FOOD RELATED ILLNESSES SUCH AS DIABETES, HEART DISEASE, AND STROKES.

NicaWorks! seeks to help impoverished Nicaraguans break out of the cycle of intergenerational poverty into which they were born by providing, or increasing, access to education, healthcare, food security, vocational training, leadership development, and youth mentoring with a special focus on children, at-risk teens and adults, and single mothers. Nicaragua is the second-poorest country in the Western Hemisphere.

School Garden Project helps Lane County schools create, sustain, and use onsite gardens by providing resources, professional consultation, and educational programming. We are committed to a future in which school garden education helps children become healthy adults who eat their fruits and vegetables, know the basics of growing food, and contribute to a thriving community.

As Sacramento's oldest, continuously-serving food bank, our mission is to alleviate hunger in Sacramento County by providing healthy emergency food and other assistance, offering referrals, and promoting self-sufficiency through a variety of programs. From seniors to children, from the homeless to the working poor, we assist all struggling families and individuals in Sacramento County.

Our mission is to deliver integrated health care and humanitarian support to children and adults of limited economic resources in Ecuador.
