Appetite For Change uses food as a tool to build health, wealth and social change in North Minneapolis.

Our mission at Choose Your Change is to provide solutions and creative pathways for communities, organizations, and small businesses to the resources they need to grow, collaborate and evolve.

To assist low income, elderly and/or disabled persons in the Lee's Summit Social Services service area with emergency needs, while enabling them to maintain their dignity and learning to set and meet realistic goals which will lead to greater independence.

Our mission is to walk alongside families, providing support-based programs that encourage self-sufficiency. In other words, we build relationships with families, treating them with our core values of Dignity and Accountability as they work to overcome barriers and improve their lives.

IFC confronts the causes and responds to the effects of poverty in our community. We believe in a community where everyone's basic needs are met, including dignified and affordable housing, an abundance of healthy food, and meaningful social connection.
