(A NOT-FOR-PROFIT ORGANIZATION). IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE POLICY ESTABLISHED BY THE ORLANDO UNION RESCUE MISSION, INC., LARGE GIFTS AND BEQUESTS ARE TRANSFERRED TO THE FOUNDATION. THE FOUNDATION IS REQUIRED TO PERIODICALLY DISBURSE THE INCOME AND THE PRINCIPAL TO OR FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE ORLANDO UNION RESCUE MISSION, INC. EXCEPT FOR CAPITAL CAMPAIGN PROJECTS, THE FOUNDATION MAY NOT DISTRIBUTE PRINCIPAL IN EXCESS OF ONE-TENTH OF THE TOTAL PRINCIPAL EACH YEAR. THE ORLANDO UNION RESCUE MISSION, INC. HAS A SIGNIFICANT VOICE IN THE DISBURSEMENT OF FUNDS IN THAT THEY MAY REQUEST IN WRITING ON A QUARTERLY BASIS AS TO THE AMOUNT OF THE FUNDS THAT THEY NEED. THE SUPPORTED ORGANIZATION APPROVES ALL BYLAWS AND ANY CHANGES TO THEM. THE DISTRIBUTION REQUIREMENTS ARE STATED IN THE BYLAWS.
