Birthday Buds is a non profit agency established to make a positive difference in the lives of low income children by supplying them with fun as well as essential birthday presents they would not otherwise receive, while teaching children that can give the value of giving.

Lost-N-Found Youth is an Atlanta-based 501(c)3 nonprofit whose mission is to end homelessness for all LGBTQ+ youth by providing them with the skills and support needed to live independently. We operate a 24/7 hotline at 678-856-7825, emergency beds, a food pantry, drop-in center which offers showers, food, laundry and case management, a thrift store and educational programing. Lost-n-Found Youth is Atlanta’s only nonprofit agency actively working to take homeless LGBTQ youth off the street. THE ORLANDO UNION RESCUE MISSION FOUNDATION, INC. WAS FORMED FOR THE SOLE PURPOSE OF RECEIVING, MANAGING, AND INVESTING FUNDS SOLELY FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE ORLANDO UNION RESCUE MISSION, INC. (A NOT-FOR-PROFIT ORGANIZATION). IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE POLICY ESTABLISHED BY THE ORLANDO UNION RESCUE MISSION, INC., LARGE GIFTS AND BEQUESTS ARE TRANSFERRED TO THE FOUNDATION. THE FOUNDATION IS REQUIRED TO PERIODICALLY DISBURSE THE INCOME AND THE PRINCIPAL TO OR FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE ORLANDO UNION RESCUE MISSION, INC. EXCEPT FOR CAPITAL CAMPAIGN PROJECTS, THE FOUNDATION MAY NOT DISTRIBUTE PRINCIPAL IN EXCESS OF ONE-TENTH OF THE TOTAL PRINCIPAL EACH YEAR. THE ORLANDO UNION RESCUE MISSION, INC. HAS A SIGNIFICANT VOICE IN THE DISBURSEMENT OF FUNDS IN THAT THEY MAY REQUEST IN WRITING ON A QUARTERLY BASIS AS TO THE AMOUNT OF THE FUNDS THAT THEY NEED. THE SUPPORTED ORGANIZATION APPROVES ALL BYLAWS AND ANY CHANGES TO THEM. THE DISTRIBUTION REQUIREMENTS ARE STATED IN THE BYLAWS.

Tackling the pervasive issue of homelessness for families with children, last year Families Forward improved the lives of more than 13,000 people. From providing food assistance, career coaching, mental health counseling, to financial literacy education, we’re as committed to strengthening overall wellbeing as we are to ensuring everyone has a place to call home.

Ronald McDonald House Charities of Northeast Ohio supports families whose children receive treatment at area medical centers by providing a home-like environment and essential resources and services.

At Jovenes, which translates to 'youth' in Spanish, we help homeless youth (ages 18-25) end their nightmare of homelessness. A home and family for those without, Jovenes provides an innovative program of stable housing options, compassionate care, life skills training, and employment support to young adults seeking a path to life change. Our mission is to help homeless and at-risk youth become productive and integrated members of our community. Jovenes works deeply with each of our youth, focusing on housing stability, employment and education, access to healthcare and benefits, and recovery from childhood trauma. We empower those we serve so they can develop healthy relationships and make meaningful contributions to the community we share.

KFM Making A Difference is an organization focused on spreading disability awareness and giving scholarships for students with autism to pursue a post-secondary education. Founded in 2009 by CEO and President Kerry Magro, the organization hopes to “make a difference” in the lives of all of those with special needs.

Ozone House is a community-based, nonprofit agency that helps young people lead safe, healthy and productive lives through intensive prevention and intervention services. Since 1969, Ozone House has actively developed unique, high-quality housing and support programs and services that provide support, intervention, training, and assistance to runaway, homeless and high-risk youth and their families.  Through these support services, we help youth develop essential life skills, improve their relationships, and enhance self-image so that they realize their full potential for growth and happiness. Ozone House works with youth ages 10-20 in Washtenaw County, Michigan.
