WARREN FAMILY MISSION IS A CHRIST-CENTERED MISSION WHICH PROVIDES FOOD, SHELTER, CLOTHING, SPIRITUAL AND DRUG AND ALCOHOL REHABILITATION FREE OF CHARGE TO PARTICIPANTS FROM TRUMBULL COUNTY, OHIO, AND SURROUNDING AREAS.

Through God's power, Door of Hope equips people all over the world to live free from abuse and trauma through safe housing, educational conferences, support groups, trauma recovery counseling and prayer ministry.

Rebuilding Together San Francisco mobilizes teams of volunteer to repair homes and community facilities. By using and resources resources in our community, we can provide these repairs free of charge to low income residents in San Francisco.

LYTE Collective provides Chicago youth in situations of poverty and homelessness with safe space, critical resources and holistic support. We invest in the extraordinary gifts and power of young people and work to ensure that all youth have the safety, opportunities and futures they deserve

We serve sex trafficking victims by offering a real way out. GenerateHope is a faith-based organization providing long-term, comprehensive programs to women who have been sexually trafficked, so that they are able to reintegrate into society and walk powerfully into their futures.

Homeless Youth Connection’s (HYC) mission is to eliminate barriers to graduation for homeless youth and create lasting solutions for a successful future through community support and increased awareness. HYC's goals are to provide homeless teens with case management, housing, basic needs and services as they make positive, life-affirming choices toward becoming responsible, productive adults. At Homeless Youth Connection, we believe that together with educators, government agencies, churches, community partners, local corporations, service organizations and compassionate and caring community members, we will be able to help youth who are experiencing homelessness find strength and hope for a successful and sustainable future.

We reinvest mortgage payments and leverage donor dollars to maximize our impact. Foundation Communities is a nonprofit organization providing North Texas families and individuals the opportunity to reach financial stability through a multitude of programs, including free income tax preparation, one-on-one financial coaching and assistance, college financial aid, and more.

Our mission is to lead Latina victims of domestic violence to safety, empower them to live free of violence and reach and sustain their full potential. We pursue our mission by raising community awareness, engaging in activism and providing culturally competent services.
