The mission of Helping Others Mend Souls is to support and strengthen the community by providing a safe and comfortable environment for people who are homeless. We are committed to helping the poor in our local community by offering services and referrals to anyone in need.

Madison House Autism Foundation's (MHAF) mission is to provide more support, more opportunities, and more hope, to adults with autism and their families. We accomplish this by partnering with passionate individuals, organizations, and governments to bring about creative, dynamic, and effective solutions that reshape possibilities for adults with autism. Madison House is one of the first and few organizations to focus on the needs of adults on the autism spectrum on a national level. MHAF is dedicated to creating awareness of the lifespan challenges faced by autistic adults and to finding, developing, and promoting the solutions that allow autistic adults to make choices, live as independently as possible, hold jobs, feel connected to their communities, and to become participating members of our society.

A non-profit, volunteer organization dedicated to addressing the needs of the homeless in Medina County. Churches provide shelter and meals for the homeless. A United Way grant allowed for the provision of case management and homelessness prevention and rapid re-housing services to transition the homeless from the shelter to permanent housing.

In response to God's grace through Christ, we compassionately serve men, women and children who are homeless, hungry or poor to help them become whole in body, mind and spirit for the glory of God. "...whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me." Matthew 25:40.

The mission of the Minnesota Coalition for the Homeless is to generate policies, community support and local resources for housing and services to end homelessness in Minnesota. They believe everyone deserves a safe, decent, affordable place to call home and that homelessness is preventable. Many factors may cause homelessness including a health crisis, a lost job, a mismatch between income and housing costs, family violence, or a transition from an institutional setting back into a community. The Minnesota Coalition for the Homeless exists to ensure the community supports are in place to prevent and address the root causes of homelessness. They achieve their mission and vision through advocacy, technical assistance, and building public awareness. The Minnesota Coalition for the Homeless is uniquely positioned as the hub of a statewide network of 150 homeless service providers and other concerned individuals and organizations across Minnesota. The Coalition has been the voice for people experiencing homelessness and for service providers in state and federal policy decision-making since 1984.

The mission of A Place to Stand is to work with local schools, governments and NGOs to identify and meet critical basic needs for citizens. APTS accomplishes this by developing sites that provide services for families and youth in need. These services include stable housing, adequate nutrition, education, employment assistance and healthcare.

The Mission of The Sunday Love Project is to share food amongst the homeless, while simultaneously building community. Our efforts aim to break bread with those who are struggling to make their way back into society as contributing members. We are a liaison between a hungry, struggling mind and a focused, nourished soul. Each week The Sunday Love Project serves over 200 meals to the homeless in Philadelphia, PA each week

We empower survivors of domestic violence and their children to believe in themselves and build new lives filled with dignity, respect, safety, and hope. Empowerhouse gives victims the time, space, and tools to heal their hearts, renew their spirits, restore their connections, and rebuild their lives. We break the cycle of domestic violence through shelter, housing, support, education, prevention, and intervention.Empowerhouse serves the Counties of Caroline, King George, Spotsylvania, Stafford and the City of Fredericksburg in Virginia.

Housing Initiative Partnership, Inc. (HIP) is an innovative, green nonprofit housing developer and counseling agency based in Prince George's County, Maryland dedicated to revitalizing neighborhoods. HIP creates housing and economic security for low- and moderate-income households and provides services that improve the quality of life in the communities we serve.

For nearly 50 years, Cornerstones has been helping neighbors in need overcome tough economic times in an already high cost-of-living region. The service area of Cornerstones has grown to include most of northwestern Fairfax County. Each of us can become a Cornerstone and continue our history of helping people build more stable lives by connecting them to vital resources that solve their needs for housing, childcare, food, or financial assistance.
