Family Promise of Tualatin Valley (FPTV) is a non-profit organization that serves homeless children and their families. We are creating a network of religious and civic organizations that will provide shelter, meals, and resource assistance. Individual family plans are developed with our FPTV case manager to help families identify and connect with services specific to their needs with permanent housing being the priority. We believe that if a student can stay with their family, in their own school, in their own routine, in their own community, they – and their families – can succeed.

Our mission and vision is to make investments in real estate and people to revitalize neighborhoods in our communities. We have been in service of our neighbors in Birmingham for forty (40) years empowering our neighbors to make their dreams of homeownership possible, stabilizing communities against the dangers of foreclosure, education, and counseling services.

To fulfill our mission we form strategic partnerships to empower our clients with the faith, knowledge, resources and skills to lead a life of wholeness and self-sufficiency.Our vision is that no one goes without Hope, Hot Meals, Housing, and Health Services, and all who need a helping hand receive one with compassion and empathy.We are a faith-based independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that does not discriminate based on religion, gender, age, ethnicity or sexual orientation. All of Hope of the Valley’s services are grounded in a deep respect for the dignity inherent in each human being.

The Mission of Veterans Place is to empower veterans’ transition from homeless to home, ending the cycle of homelessness, and to assist all at-risk veterans to become engaged, valuable citizens who contribute to their communities.

Rooted in Catholic Social Teaching and the Gospel imperative, Catholic Community Services and Catholic Housing Services are outreaches of the Catholic Church in Western Washington, under the leadership of the Archbishop of Seattle and the Boards of Trustees. CCS and CHS answer the Gospel call to loving and compassionate service with particular concern for the sanctity of human life from conception to natural death and the dignity of the human person. Our employees and volunteers come from many faith traditions to serve and support poor and vulnerable people through the provision of quality, integrated services and housing. Habitat for Humanity of San Antonio is an ecumenical Christian non-profit housing organization working in partnership with Gods people in need to build modest, decent and affordable houses without interest or profit, thereby witnessing Gods love in action. Seeking to put Gods love into action, Habitat for Humanity of San Antonio brings people together to build homes, communities and hope.

In the spirit of love and justice, the Society of St. Vincent de Paul of San Mateo County (SVdP) provides person-to-person services of time, talent and resources to help our neighbors in need.

PROVIDE LOW INCOME HOUSING

Ronald McDonald House Charities of Richmond (RMHC Richmond) provides a "home-away-from-home" and support services for families with children receiving medical treatment in the Richmond region. We serve families referred from all area hospitals through our House on Monument Avenue, and a series of in-hospital programs including lunch and activity deliveries, in-hospital Ronald McDonald Family Rooms for sleeping and rest, and the RMHC Sibling Center -- providing hands on activities and arts and crafts for siblings of Richmond's youngest patients while their families visit the hospital.
