The mission of Family Promise is to help homeless and low-income families achieve sustainable independence through a community-based response. Poverty is a complex problem. It won’t yield to a simple solution. It requires an integrated approach that reaches beyond immediate needs. We initiate coordinated local efforts that bring communities together to help homeless families regain their housing, their independence, and their dignity. THE CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS HOUSING AFFORDABILITY FUND PLAYS AN ACTIVE ROLE IN ADDRESSING THE ONGOING HOUSING AFFORDABILITY CRISIS FACING OUR STATE. THE FUND WILL RAISE AND DISTRIBUTE FUNDS AND PARTNER WITH OTHER GROUPS TO PROMOTE HOUSING AND HOMEOWNERSHIP.
