HVAF of Indiana provides housing and reintegration services to veterans experiencing homelessness, and administers programs and services to prevent at-risk veterans from becoming homeless.

Sea Of Solidarity

Two years after the crisis, thousands of refugees are still stuck on the islands of Greece. Many are families with young children. They arrive scared, hungry and vulnerable. Large NGOs and governments are not able to provide adequate housing or food. There are a handful of small groups that we work with that fill in the needs. Our goal, as a charity, is to raise money to support the various volunteer groups who provide food, blankets, dry clothes, and basic medical services at these sites.

Babies Of Homelessness

Babies of Homelessness is an emergency – crisis response team. We mobilize the community with volunteers to bring basic needs essentials to children living in tent cities, encampments, shelters or in their cars. We aim to provide hope to families and connect them with additional resources. Our goal is to remove the stigma “homelessness” carries, by shedding light on the youngest and most vulnerable subjected to homelessness.
