Neighborhood Housing Services of New Orleans, Inc. revitalizes communities by increasing the number of homeowners and transforming vacant or substandard properties into sustainable homeownership opportunities. We improve quality of life through targeted community development, leadership, education, outreach and collaboration.

We meet the critical needs of homeless children across North Texas by providing necessities including diapers, clothing, school supplies, toys and programs to enhance their lives.

Since 1989 Legacy Counseling Center has provided affordable mental healthcare, substance abuse treatment, housing services, and education to people affected by HIV/AIDS.

Project Hope Alliance's (PHA) mission is to end the cycle of homelessness, one child at a time. PHA focuses on kids age 5 through 24, who are often 'hidden in plain sight', and provides them with the housing, educational support, and extracurricular opportunities needed to help them realize a future that is not limited by their parents' economic circumstances.

Our mission is to empower the homeless to get an education by providing student housing, financial assistance for tuition, therapy, and assistance with learning disabilities.

Southeastern Idaho Community Action Agency Inc. (SEICAA) is a private non-profit organization that has provided a variety of services to low-income, disabled and elderly residents in the seven southeastern Idaho counties since 1969. SEICAA strives to alleviate the devastating effects of poverty through SEICAA’s active mission. SEICAA is dedicated to providing opportunity and support for individuals and communities to thrive and reach their fullest potential, promoting self-sufficiency and greater economic independence through services, education, affordable housing and training. Dream Centers provide health and hope to people in Colorado Springs who are working to rebuild their dreams. We serve people in the Pikes Peak Region of Colorado.

The mission of Boca Helping Hands is to provide compassionate service through food and assistance programs to individuals, families and children to instill dignity and break the cycle of dependence.  We work to complete our mission every day in our Hot Meal, Pantry, Financial Assistance, and Job Mentoring Programs.  In addition, we have special childrens programs to provide food and support to school age kids.

Our mission is to advance economic mobility for women and people of color who own small businesses and low-income communities through affordable financial services, knowledge resources, networks, and policy. We promote an equitable financial system by advancing economic opportunity for underinvested small businesses and communities at scale. We accomplish this by providing quality financial services and resources, building cross-sector partnerships, and advocating for fair policies so all individuals can build financial well-being and improve their lives.

Our mission is to provide educational services to people who are in need in Shelby County. Re-entry reporting is a separate component that we offer to inmates at the Shelby County Government: Divisions of Corrections before exiting the compound. Our goal is to empower and serve the greater good in Shelby County but are not limited to the needs of our city. We are investing in the citizens of Shelby County, City of Memphis and our next generation of youth and adult leaders. Our focus is helping families, the homeless, inmates incarcerated, and newly exiting offender population in need. We provide support, transitional services, staffing, operations, and management for Cooling/Warming Centers, Emergency aid and short term shelter options. Efforts are successful with community partners, sponsors, grants, fundraising, donations, food drives, coat drives, clothing, gently used furniture and so forth. We promote self-sufficiency, health & wellness, educational and advocacy programs. LHTF operates under four key values: Respect, Integrity, Compassion and Excellence.
