It’s simple really. People loving people. It sounds so easy, yet with the distractions of everyday life, it often gets pushed aside. It’s little things… like a smile, a touch, a hug, an ear to listen or a gift that fills a need. All summed up, this is what God calls us to do – love Him and love others to glorify Him. In response, Love Your Neighbor was formed. Jesus transformed my heart and inspired me to reach out to the community using interior design. A mission based not only on God’s design for us to love each other, but also on the gift of design God gives artists. It is about connection, care and compassion instilled into wellness programs to serve the local community. Our main program is the House to Home Initiative which designs and fully furnishes homes for families transitioning out of difficult situations as an expression of our faith and to allow for a calm, inviting and comfortable environment free of stress and uncertainty.

Humble Design serves individuals, families, and veterans emerging from homelessness by transforming empty houses into welcoming homes using donated furniture and household goods. Our warehouses are curated by design teams that personalize homes based on our clients’ needs and preferences. More than a makeover, it’s a start over. We assist the transformation of lives in Chicago, Cleveland, Detroit, San Diego, and Seattle.

We believe that proper hygiene is a basic human right that should be available to everyone, regardless of their circumstances. Unfortunately, many people don't have regular access to essential hygiene products or can't afford them, which can have a significant impact on their self-esteem and overall health. At CareBag Inc., we are committed to helping those who are struggling with hygiene insecurity. Our mission is to provide school-aged children and young adults in need with essential hygiene products to support their health, boost their confidence, and improve their hygiene education. We understand that it's challenging for some individuals to get the items they need to feel clean and healthy, which is why we have two mobile shower units and a mobile hygiene pantry to help meet their needs. Our vision for the future is that everyone living in the US has access to essential hygiene products to feel their best and live their lives to the fullest. Every 13 minutes a woman dies from breast cancer. Each year in the United States alone, more than 275,000 women and hundreds of men are diagnosed with breast cancer, and more than 42,000 die from the disease. Another 3 million people are living with the disease. The National Breast Cancer Coalition Fund's mission is to end breast cancer by increasing federal funding for breast cancer research, creating access to breast and cervical cancer care for underserved and uninsured women, and training advocates to play an active role wherever breast cancer decisions are made.

The mission of Birthday Wishes is to improve and empower the lives of homeless children and their families by providing joy, play and hope through the magic of a birthday party. Our goal is to ensure that children experiencing the trauma of homelessness have the opportunity to celebrate their birthday joyfully, surrounded by family, friends and others who care.

The Lynn Sage Breast Cancer Foundation's mission is to eradicate breast cancer by investing in early career practitioners and innovative research.

Approximately 3,000 children in Dallas go to sleep each night without a home of their own. We’re on a mission to help young children overcome the lasting and traumatic effects of homelessness. It is our vision that every child in our community has a home, a self-sufficient family and a foundation for success in school and life — and the clock is ticking. 90% of brain development happens by the age of five. Without intervention at this critical time, homeless children may suffer lifelong social, emotional and educational deficits. That’s where we come in. And YOU can help.

Homes For Our Troops (HFOT) is a publicly funded 501(c) (3) nonprofit organization that builds and donates specially adapted, custom homes nationwide for severely injured post-9/11 Veterans to enable them to rebuild their lives. Most of these Veterans have sustained life-altering injuries including multiple amputations, partial or full paralysis, blindness, or severe traumatic brain injury (TBI). These homes are no cost to our Veterans and allows them to start restoring some of the freedom and independence that they sacrificed defending ours, all while enabling them to focus on their family, recovery, and moving forward. Our HFOT family continues its relationship with our Veterans even after the home is completed and donated to them. We assist our Heroes with rebuilding their lives after the keys are handed over.

We care for the homeless and those at risk of becoming homeless in our community through services that alleviate suffering, promote dignity and instill self-sufficiency… as an expression of the ongoing ministry of Jesus Christ.

The mission of the Project HOME community is to empower adults, children, and families to break the cycle of homelessness and poverty, to alleviate the underlying causes of poverty, and to enable all of us to attain our fullest potential as individuals and as members of the broader society. We strive to create a safe and respectful environment where we support each other in our struggles for self-esteem, recovery, and the confidence to move toward self-actualization. Project HOME achieves its mission through a continuum of services comprised of street outreach, a range of supportive housing, and comprehensive services. We address the root causes of homelessness through neighborhood-based affordable housing, economic development, and environmental enhancement programs, as well as through providing access to employment opportunities; adult and youth education; and health care. Project HOME is committed to social and political advocacy. An integral part of our work is education about the realities of homelessness and poverty and vigorous advocacy on behalf of and with homeless and low-income persons for more just and humane public policies. Project HOME is committed to nurturing a spirit of community among persons from all walks of life, all of whom have a role to play in making this a more just and compassionate society.

We embrace people experiencing homelessness with the compassion of Christ, giving hope and healing for a changed life, helping them to find their way home. Union Rescue Mission is a private, nonprofit organization dedicated to restoring the lives of the homeless and poor in Los Angeles by seeking to empower them to break the cycle of poverty and become self-sufficient.
