Transport America’s veterans to Washington, D.C. to visit those memorials dedicated to honor their service and sacrifices. Honor Flight Austin honors World War II, Korean and Vietnam Veterans of the U.S. armed services for all their sacrifices by locating, selecting, and transporting groups of Veterans to and from Washington, D.C. to visit and reflect upon U.S. war memorials. Honor Flight Austin is organized and operated exclusively for the purposes specified in Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code 1986, or corresponding provisions of any subsequent federal tax laws.

The VFW National Home for Children is how America cares about the children and families of its veterans and active duty servicemen and women. Since 1925, the National Home has helped these children and families through its helpline services and campus village. It's where a child or grandchild or a spouse with children of veterans can find solace in time of need. They may live on its campus or receive professional assistance remotely. Ultimately, the VFW National Home for Children is where those who bear the additional cost of war - the children and families - are remembered and served.

We help empower veterans reintegrating into civilian life by growing produce, raising farm animals, and conducting seminars on holistic health and sustainability. Additionally, we foster a thriving micro-community of veterans and civilians who build deep friendships, implement innovative gardening techniques, and help cultivate emotional, physical, and spiritual health.

FLY MILITARY VETERANS TO WASHINGTON DCVeterans Honor Flight of ND/MN is a non-profit organization created solely to honor America's Veterans for all their sacrifices. Top priority is given to the senior Veterans - World War II and Korean War Veterans - along with other Veterans who may be terminally ill. Flights occur in the spring and fall of each year pending fundraising. The western side of North Dakota has recently established an Honor Flight hub. Friends of Fisher House Illinois (FOFH-IL) is dedicated to financial, volunteer, and emotional support for Illinois Fisher Houses built through the Fisher House Foundation's mission to support America's military in their time of need. Fisher Houses are “homes away from home" that enable family members to be close to a loved one at the most stressful time – during hospitalization for an illness, disease, or injury. The program recognizes the special sacrifices of our men and women in uniform and their families and the hardships of military service by meeting a humanitarian need beyond that normally provided by the Departments of Defense and Veterans Affairs. We now sustain Hines Fisher House and will sustain Lovell Fisher House, North Chicago soon

Our organizations mission is to provide rehabilitative experiences through golf and family-inclusive opportunities for wounded veterans from EVERY conflict in an effort to improve the quality of life for these American heroes. Utilizing these rehabilitative experiences through golf and family-inclusive opportunities helps improve the mental and physical condition (balance, coordination, muscle memory and stamina) of each and every Wounded Hero returning from combat. Help support an amazing cause and show these heroes that they are not forgotten.

The Alchemy Sky Foundation brings the healing power of music to those who need it. We partner with organizations in the community as well as a broad network of music and health professionals to create needs-based programs for our clients.

The Florida Veterans Foundation serves, supports, and advocates for Florida veterans to improve their well being. The Florida Veterans Foundation: Serves Florida veterans and their families by providing direct services and partnering with state and local governments, veteran service organizations, and educational institutions to improve their physical, financial, mental, emotional, and social well being; Supports the Florida Department of Veterans Affairs’ mission of advocacy; and, Advocates for Florida veterans by educating the public and governmental entities to increase awareness on veteran-related issues.

The National Veterans Foundation (NVF) was founded in 1985 to help veterans streamline the process of accessing help for the myriad of needs they face, and to help broaden public understanding of these needs--including crisis/PTSD counseling, medical treatment, legal aid, VA benefits assistance, food, shelter, education, employment training, homelessness services, and substance abuse treatment. The NVF operates the Nation's only live, toll-free crisis management, information, and referral helpline (1-888-777-4443; vetsupport@nvf.org) for all veterans and their families; coordinates Public Awareness Programs designed to increase awareness and understanding about the effects of war and human needs of Americas veterans; and conducts ongoing outreach programs that provide veterans and families in need with food, clothing, transportation, employment, and other essential resources.

We think that those who have been impacted by military duty can prosper at home by reestablishing a sense of self, family, and optimism. Warriors Fund offers comprehensive support services for service members, veterans, and military families, with an emphasis on transition, health and wellbeing, peer participation, and linkages to community resources.
