Women Veterans of New Mexcio is dedicated to "Serving She Who Served" through education and advocacy. - We provide information, resources and support to New Mexico Women Veterans, including homeless women veterans. - We ensure government agencies are responsive to gender specific needs of women veterans. - Provide collaborative forum to learn and discuss challenges unique to women veterans. - Provide social events for women veterans to enhance camaraderie. - Conduct out reach and fund raise in support of our mission.

Operation Freedom Paws empowers veterans and others with disabilities to live a quality life by teaching them to train their own dogs, and certifying them as service dog teams. The dogs, usually from rescue organizations or shelters, are carefully evaluated. Each is then matched to a specific client’s physical and psychological needs. There is no charge – all we ask is a commitment to complete the 48-week training program.

Combat veteran founded and operated, Semper K9’s mission is to enhance the quality of life for wounded members of the U.S. Armed Forces and their families by providing them custom-trained service dogs. Using rescued and donated dogs Semper K9 provides mental health mobility service dogs for psychiatric alert and mobility challenges free of charge to disabled veterans across the country.

The mission of New Hope Village 4 Veterans is to assist and provide opportunities for Homeless and Disable Veteran families toward gaining stability in their lives by offering transitional or permanent apartments and social services. Our skilled mostly military professionals come equipped with love and compassion, which they believe is a minimal reward in exchange for the services our men and women gave already to our country. Paying it 4 ward always!

THE MISSION OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO RAISE FUND TO SEND KANSAS VETERANS TO VISIT THEIR WAR MEMORIAL IN WASHINGTON, D.C. KANSAS VETERANS OF WORLD WAR II, THE KOREAN WARE, AND VIETNAM ARE ALL ELGIBLE FOR SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE ORGANIZATION.

The MARSOC Foundation provides benevolent support to Marine Corps Forces Special Operations Command Marines, Sailors, and their families, with an emphasis on promoting personal, professional and family resiliency and providing services that are not funded by the government or other entities.

After Pat Tillman's death while serving in Afghanistan, family and friends established the Pat Tillman Foundation in 2004 to honor his legacy and commitment to country. Today, through the Tillman Military Scholars program, the Foundation invests in military veterans and their spouses through educational scholarships—building a diverse community of leaders committed to serving others. To date, the Foundation has awarded $4.1 million in scholarship funds to 290 Tillman Military Scholars pursuing education at every level from freshmen undergraduates to Ph.D. candidates. Overall, our Scholars represent 90 different academic institutions nationwide. Our mission is to encourage and empower Tillman Military Scholars to make a sustainable impact globally and in their local communities, while increasing awareness of the unique issues facing veterans and military families today.

Their mission: Mishap Support In the immediate aftermath of a military aviation mishap, they step in and provide the necessary assistance to the affected service members and their families. They make funds available in the days immediately following a mishap to help with family expenses such as funeral, travel, and lodging costs.

The TADSAW (Train A Dog - Save A Warrior) mission is to provide for the training of a Medical Alert Service Dog, as designated by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) guidelines, for Any wounded Veteran Service Member (Active Duty, Retired, Discharged), surviving with Military Induced Anxiety Depression Syndrome (MIADS), Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Military Sexual Trauma (MST) and/or Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), in order to restore and improve the Veteran's Quality of Life with a canine 'Battle Buddy', at no charge to the Veteran or their family.

John T. Holzum Memorial Foundation was created to continue the tradition of giving set forth by my father, John T. Holzum. He was a man of great integrity and character. He gave of himself relentlessly while being a great husband, exceptional father of six children, owning a business, serving as president of a school board, and serving as Faithful Navigator of his Knights of Columbus council. John T. Holzum Memorial Foundation produces events to raise funds for a variety of benefactors. Country Family Reunion benefits the USO of Missouri, and Mission Possible benefits Professor Craig & Shari Miner's mission trips to foreign orphanages to assist children with disabilities. The foundation funds a variety of special needs cases, including sending underprivileged children to Summer camp, buying Christmas presents for homeless children, and purchasing a violin for a young aspiring musician. The foundation will start a scholarship for two graduating high school seniors beginning in 2018. We intend to serve more causes as our foundation grows! John T. The Armed Forces Service Center was founded by Maggie Purdum on November 22,1970, after her son died in Vietnam. As a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, the center relies on funding from various veterans’ organizations and their auxiliaries as well as private businesses and individuals.

Indy Honor Flight is a 100% unpaid volunteer staffed, 100% donation funded non-profit. We fly WWII, Korea and Vietnam era war Veterans to Washington DC to see the memorials built for them. At no cost to the Veteran. The trip is totally free for the Veteran.
