Project Headspace and Timing (PHAT) was founded to promote positive mental health practices to our nation’s veterans by working to unify them with their communities, nature, and themselves.PHAT began operating in 2017 and officially began operating as a 501(C)(3) in 2019. The organization was founded by Eric Peterson after a fellow teammate took his own life after multiple tours overseas. As an organization, we believe that we live in a community that supports their veterans but may not know how to show it, and we have veterans that need that support but may not know how to ask.

Operation Help a Hero (OHH) is a 501 (c) (3) public charity (FID 27-1438256) dedicated to the care of our American military members. Our programs support military units and families as they prepare for separation, while they endure the challenges of deployment, and during transition back to the U.S. Our projects uplift service members and send a clear message of support to their families. We connect communities with our troops and provide real opportunities to make a difference in their lives. We are an all volunteer organization. All board members and directors volunteer their time to focus donations on on the military heroes we serve. Every cent contributed to OHH is used to serve our military community, and every project is based on real needs.

The Screaming Eagle Aviation Association exists to support our Screaming Eagle Aviation Soldiers, family members and to memorializing those making the ultimate sacrifice. We do this through the not for profit fund raising efforts of our active duty and alumni members. We are Screaming Eagle Aviation Soldiers supporting Screaming Eagle Aviation Soldiers!

American Soldier Network is a hands-on organization that raises awareness and funding to tackle the psychological and emotional battles affecting veterans on the home front such as PTS, homelessness, unemployment and reintegration. Building Homes for Heroes is strongly committed to supporting the brave men and women of the military who have returned home from the wars in Iraq or Afghanistan with severe wounds and disabilities, with a goal to build homes for families in dire need. It's our honor to support the men and women who have loyally and courageously served our country. Since 2006, Building Homes for Heroes has been at the forefront of making a significant difference in the lives of the severely wounded men and women of the military forces of the United States. We build homes from the ground up or modify existing homes to meet the needs of the brave men and women who selflessly served our country. These mortgage-free homes not only help to remove the family's financial burden, they help to restore the individual's freedom, and enable the veteran to lead a more independent and productive civilian life.

The Mission of the New England Shelter for Homeless Veterans is to extend a helping hand to homeless veterans who have served the United States honorably in peace and war who are addressing the challenges of addiction, trauma, severe and persistant mental illness, and/or unemployment. And, who will commit themselves to sobriety, non-violence, and working for personal change; to offer homeless veterans temporary, save overnight accomodation and basic nutrition; to offer in a fiscally sound manner effective longer term programs which best meet the veteran's transition needs, utilizing the full range of government, foundation grants and private contributions; to refer veterans to other public and private institutions through a network of service providers who can meet their needs, not duplicating what others can do better; to create and operate housing for veterans as an important solution to homelessness; and to one day become recognized as the most effective private veteran's transition program in the country.

Veteran Tickets Foundation - ( Vet Tix - 1st Tix ) provides tickets to events which reduce stress, strengthen family bonds, build life-long memories and encourage service members, veterans and first responders to stay engaged with local communities and American life.( Vet Tix - 1st Tix ) provides tickets to all branches of currently-serving Military, Veterans, including immediate family of troops KIA and first responders.( Vet Tix - 1st Tix ) secures tickets to sporting events, concerts, performing arts, educational and family activities across the nation. VetTixers and 1stTixers sign up online. We verify their service. Women Veterans of New Mexcio is dedicated to "Serving She Who Served" through education and advocacy. - We provide information, resources and support to New Mexico Women Veterans, including homeless women veterans. - We ensure government agencies are responsive to gender specific needs of women veterans. - Provide collaborative forum to learn and discuss challenges unique to women veterans. - Provide social events for women veterans to enhance camaraderie. - Conduct out reach and fund raise in support of our mission.

Founded in 1861, the Armed Services YMCA is our nation's oldest military-family focused charity. Since its founding, ASYMCA has worked closely with the Department of Defense to enhance the lives of service members and their families in spirit, mind and body through programs which address the unique challenges of military life. 1 of 3 charities with a relationship to operate on military installations, ASYMCA supports 75 installations, serving troops and families. Branches in Alaska; San Diego, Camp Pendleton, and Twentynine Palms, CA; Hawaii; Fort Campbell, KY; Fort Leonard Wood, MO; Fort Bragg, NC; Altus, OK; Lawton, OK; El Paso and Killeen, TX; Hampton Roads, VA provide programs/services like after school mentoring, camp, early learning, child care, food aid, deployment support and more.

Our Mission is to restore the true meaning of Memorial Day by connecting Americans to the sacrifices of our military, law enforcement, firefighters and rescue personnel. Carry The Load programs provide an interactive way for Americans to remember, honor and celebrate Memorial Day in dedication to those who sacrifice for us daily. Funds raised during Memorial May programs allow Carry The Load to grow its vision and execute its mission,as well as provide existing nonprofit partners with valuable visibility, resources, and meaningful connections.

To provide temporary lodging and support to military members, veterans, and their families, when receiving treatment through a Southern California Navy or Veterans Administration (VA) medical facility. We also fund the construction of new Fisher Houses, and ensure that our four current Fisher Houses are well maintained for our military families. We make available more than 15,000 nights of lodging, at no cost to the military/VA families, at four Fisher Houses located at VA Long Beach, Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton, and Naval Medical Center San Diego, saving families more than $2 million in savings annually.Additional support is provided to the families such as food supplies, amenities and transportation services.

Support The Enlisted Project (STEP) provides emergency financial and transition assistance grants to active duty and recently discharged enlisted military and their families. Financial assistance is provided in 12 categories encompassing a wide range of emergency needs. Military and veteran families often struggle to meet their most basic needs due to California's high cost of living index. Awarding financial assistance as a grant, not a loan, ensures that these families can move forward without the burden or worry of paying off another debt.The war in Afghanistan is winding down and our service members are returning home to fight a very different battle. Severe defense budget cuts are forcing hundreds of thousands of service members to involuntarily separate from the military with very little resources, support, or opportunities for employment. STEP will continue our efforts to support active duty military families, but now we also pay special attention to our recently discharged veterans as they struggle to successfully reintegrate back into civilian society. STEP is a reliable, relevant, and responsive Southern California resource that our Nation's heroes and their families can depend upon in their time of need.
