The purpose of Veterans Empowerment Organization, VEO, is to enhance the quality of life for all veterans on their journey to self-sufficiency. VEO’s mission is solely dedicated to helping veterans put their lives back together. Veterans Empowerment Organization was founded in 2008 to address the lack of services available to Atlanta’s homeless veterans.
