THE ORGANIZATION IS OPERATED AS A EMERGENCY SHELTER AND HOME FOR ABUSED, NEGLECTED AND TROUBLED CHILDREN OF SOUTHWEST VIRGINIA. IT PROVIDES SERVICES FOR THE LOCAL DEPARTMENTS OF SOCIAL SERVICES. IT IS PAID ON A FEE FOR SERVICE BASIS BY MEDICAID. IT ALSO RECEIVES FUNDING FROM MANY INDIVIDUALS AND LOCAL CHRUCHS.

Our mission of this organization is to develop renewable community resources through a holistic approach towards serving disenfranchised individuals. The focus will be towards building social rehabilitation facilities such food pantries, drug and alcohol treatments centers and other mental health programs.

In a positive environment of spiritual, physical, educational, social and emotional support, Holy Angels provides children and adults with dignified and empowering opportunities for living, with special emphasis on those individuals with varying degrees of mental retardation who may also have multiple disabilities.
