THE ORGANIZATION IS OPERATED AS A EMERGENCY SHELTER AND HOME FOR ABUSED, NEGLECTED AND TROUBLED CHILDREN OF SOUTHWEST VIRGINIA. IT PROVIDES SERVICES FOR THE LOCAL DEPARTMENTS OF SOCIAL SERVICES. IT IS PAID ON A FEE FOR SERVICE BASIS BY MEDICAID. IT ALSO RECEIVES FUNDING FROM MANY INDIVIDUALS AND LOCAL CHRUCHS.
