The VNA works to provide innovative access to care for the community through home health, hospice and community health & education programs. The VNA's wellness programs encompass the community education and outreach aspect of our mission, promoting health throughout the counties we serve.

Britepaths provides our neighbors in need with short-term safety-net services and empower them to work toward long-term self-sufficiency. Since 1984, Britepaths has been a dedicated leader in developing sustainable solutions meeting the challenges faced by families in financial crisis in Northern Virginia through emergency food and financial assistance, financial empowerment, workforce development, and supports for children. We strive to provide help and hope for 8,000 families and individuals annually, who live from paycheck-to-paycheck, where unexpected expenses can send them spiraling from self-sufficiency to the brink of homelessness. Our services rely on the amazing work of approximately 450 volunteers working over 5,000 hours.

Soldiers' Angels

Soldiers' Angels is a national nonprofit providing aid and comfort to the men and women of the United States Army, Marines, Navy, Air Force, Coast Guard, and their families. Our hundreds of thousands of Angel volunteers assist veterans, wounded and deployed personnel and their families in a variety of unique and effective ways. India Home Inc

India Home Inc. is a not-for-profit organization in New York started in 2007 by healthcare providers who personally and professionally witnessed the social, psychological and medical problems of seniors. India Home is committed to providing services for seniors in culturally sensitive environment by collaborating with other not for profit organizations, individuals, health care professionals, and government organizations. Our goal is to provide quality care by adding life to the years in a constantly collaboratively environment. After seven years of providing senior center services in a culturally and linguistically appropriate environment once a week in different parts of Queens through collaborations, we opened the Desi Senior Center one year ago in Jamaica providing three days a week senior center services. As a result of this expansion, we currently serve over 150 individual seniors every week and provided over 20,000 congregate meals to South Asian seniors in just the past one year!
