Daily Bread’s mission is to ensure that no one faces hunger or homelessness alone. We provide dignity and quality of life to the hungry and needy we serve, with daily hot meals and access to hygienic services. Together with community partners, we provide food collection, distribution services, and access to social and educational agencies providing clients with the opportunity to become self-sufficient.

Meals on Wheels of Central Maryland's charitable mission is to enable people to live independently at home through the provision of nutritious meals, personal contact and related services. By providing nutritious, home-delivered meals, personalized education and support services, and in-home care management, MOWCM impacts social, behavioral and environmental determinants of health resulting from isolation and poverty.

The mission of Kansas City Hospice and Palliative Care is to bring expert care, peace of mind, comfort, guidance, and hope to people who are affected by life-limiting illness or by grief. Our mission is to deliver a breadth of resources to caregivers, families and patients who are confronting the final stages of life. Vision & Values Statement SCHF exists to elevate the quality of life experienced by those confronting a terminal illness. Our services support not just the patient, but family members and caregivers as well. As a result, we are continuously working with the care team to fulfill our mission, all the while, never losing sight of our vision: to open a Hospice House in Southern California that serves as a live-in facility for end-of-life care. Meals on Wheels of Eastern Onondaga County's mission is to provide nutritionally balanced and delicious tasting food to people unable to prepare or provide healthy meals for themselves; enabling healthy independence and facilitating aging at home. We serve the East Syracuse, Minoa, Kirkville, Bridgeport, Fayetteville, Manlius, Jamesville, DeWitt, Fabius, Pompey, LaFayette, and Tully communities within New York

Our Mission is to furnish nutritious meals and combat social isolation. The nourishment and compassion we deliver benefits our recipients to live with independence and dignity. The meals we deliver along with the midday safety checks, provides the peace of mind for family members. Currently we serve five communities. We receive no government funding; we are funded by reasonable fees plus community support.
