The mission of Meals on Wheels Delaware is to ensure, through the provision of financial and human resources, that every eligible senior in the State of Delaware receives a hot, nutritious meal in their home. • We will continuously engage in fundraising activities and programs, and will strive to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our fundraising activities.• We will actively engage ourselves in communities throughout Delaware to increase public awareness and promote volunteer support of Meals on Wheels programs.

Wyoming Dementia Care

Our mission is to provide a better quality of life for the families and caregivers of those facing the daily challenges of dementing disease, including Alzheimer's. We provide up-to-date information about the diseases, free assistance for planning short and long-term care options and facilitate support groups with respite care. By working with other organizations in our community, we provide individual counseling sessions and art activities for the caregivers and their loved ones.

Patient Air Lift Services (Pals Sky Hope)

Patient AirLift Services (PALS) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit charitable aviation organization. Our mission is to connect the charitable aviation community to people in need. We arrange free air transportation for individuals requiring medical diagnosis, treatment or follow-up, for compassionate assistance, for military personnel/family requests through the PALS for Patriots Program, or for humanitarian purposes through the PALS Sky Hope Disaster Relief Program.

Gaithersburg HELP, Inc.

Gaithersburg HELP is an all-volunteer organization which was founded in 1968 by a consortium of Gaithersburg congregations. We provide basic needs assistance to area residents including food, medical prescriptions, infant needs, transportation for medical services, financial assistance to prevent eviction or utility cutoff and, provide referrals to providers of services not available through HELP. More than 45 years later our mission remains the same, meeting the basic needs of Gaithersburg area residents.

Christian Care Nursing Center

Our Mission: Through Christian love and excellence we are dedicated to providing a fulfilling lifestyle and promoting independence to those we serve. In 1979, a handful of devoted Christians recognized an opportunity to minister to Arizona seniors (particularly those with little financial resources) by offering affordable nursing care. Realizing the need, they formed a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and named it Christian Care. In 1980, the cornerstone was laid for a sixty-bed Skilled Nursing Center.

Our Fathers House Soup Kitchen

Our Father’s House Soup Kitchen, Inc, a charitable tax-exempt, 501(c) (3) organization located in Pompano Beach, FL is dedicated to feeding the homeless and needy without discrimination. The primary mission is to provide hot lunches Monday through Friday in a peaceful and sheltered Christian environment and to provide other emergency food pantry items and clothing assistance on an as-needed basis. The overall goal is to provide nutrition and hope to give guests a hand up rather than a hand out.

Golden Optimists Bicycle Recycle Program

By providing hope and positive vision, Optimists bring out the best in youth, our communities and each other. In Golden, Colorado, we carry out this mission by supporting community causes and organizations. We also organize our own initiatives, including a school supply drive for Golden elementary and middle schools; forensics club support and an oratorical contest for Golden high school students. Our largest program is our community bicycle shop and Bicycle Recycle Program.
