Meals on Wheels of Horry County, Inc. glorifies our Lord Jesus Christ by providing home-delivered meals and fellowship to the homebound, elderly, and terminally ill of Horry and Georgetown Counties.

Meals-on-Wheels is committed to supporting senior neighbors to live healthier and more nourished lives in their own homes. Meals on Wheels of Wappingers Falls serves residents of Wappingers Falls and surrounding areas.

Our mission is to welcome and feed those in our community who are struggling financially and need a hot nutritious meal.

Meals on Wheels of Mercer County (MOWMC) is a comprehensive nutrition program committed to providing nutritious meals and related services, while easing the social isolation of our homebound participants. The goal of our services is to assist participants, who wish to remain in their homes, maintain independence, dignity, health, and well-being

The VNA provides compassionate, innovative care of the highest quality, setting the standard for patients and caregivers needing home health, hospice and community health services, regardless of a patient’s ability to pay. The VNA works to provide innovative access to care for the community through home health, hospice and community health & education programs. The VNA's wellness programs encompass the community education and outreach aspect of our mission, promoting health throughout the counties we serve.

We support homebound elders with nutritious daily meals, to maintain their health, independence and dignity and enable them to stay in the comfort and security of their own homes.

The Meals on Wheels Foundation of Northern Illinois provides philanthropic support for the Community Nutrition Network, allowing it to provide meals and resources to older Americans and people with disabilities, assisting them in leading active healthy lives.
