The mission of The Campus Kitchens Project is to use service as a tool to: Strengthen Bodies by using existing resources to meet hunger and nutritional needs in our communities; Empower Minds by providing leadership and service learning opportunities to college students, and educational benefits to adults, seniors, children, and families in need; and Build Communities by fostering a new generation of community-minded adults through resourceful and mutually beneficial partnerships among students, social service agencies, businesses and universities.

Our mission is to reclaim New York City's streets from the automobile, and to advocate for bicycling, walking and public transit as the best transportation alternatives.

H.Y.S.S.O.P. Housing Inc.-Honoring Your Seasoned Spirit in Opulent Places was founded 2010, formed as a group in 2012, acquired its 501c3 non-profit status in 2015. We exist to provide aging 55+ LGBTQ Women of Color quality housing in a supportive environment. We seek to improve the quality of life for this community and to respond to the needs of this community through housing ventures. We aspire to provide safe, fully sustainable, culturally diverse housing for aging 55+ LGBTQ Women of Color and the women & family who love them. We believe that aging 55+ LGBTQ Women of Color deserve the right to live in an environment that supports our sexuality, cultural sensitivity, different abilities, as well as address the care and well-being of our overall self.

Founded in 1943, the mission of WJCS, a not-for-profit organization, is to provide care to people of all ages and backgrounds who are confronting significant challenges relating to mental health, trauma, disabilities, youth, and geriatric services. WJCS’ highly trained staff serve more than 20,000 Westchester County residents each year through approximately 88+ programs. Through private funding and support from UJA-Federation of New York, WJCS also meets the diverse needs of the Westchester Jewish community, providing educational and spiritual programming in Jewish day schools, nursery schools, and synagogues.

Meals on Wheels Durham is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for older adults and other community members who are homebound and unable to provide sufficient nutrition for themselves. Founded in 1891 the mission of the Visiting Nurse Association of Kansas City remains the same - provide home health and hospice care services to the people of Kansas City and surrounding areas regardless of their ability to pay.
