Jewish Family Service of Los Angeles is an extended family of compassionate social services that enriches the community and improves the lives of countless men, women and children of all religions, ethnicities and ages. Since 1989, Elijah’s Promise has harnessed the power of food to break the cycle of poverty, alleviate hunger and change lives for the most vulnerable members of our Central New Jersey community. We operate a community soup kitchen, culinary arts school, catering business, community gardens and connect low-income individuals and families with social and health services. With the support of volunteers, donors and community partners, we serve more than 200,000 free meals per year and train previously unskilled workers for careers in the culinary arts.

To alleviate hunger and homelessness in South Santa Clara County by providing food, housing and employment related services, and advocating for system changes to improve the quality of life for the most vulnerable people in our communities.

A Mission of ServiceThe Holyoke Visiting Nurse Association, Inc. established in 1905, is dedicated to providing quality home health care to individuals who are elderly, impoverished and medically needy. We coordinate and deliver comprehensive, cost effective services including nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, social work and home health aide care. The mission of Daughters of Israel is to provide a continuum of health related and social services to the Jewish elderly and others in need.

Common Ground Cooperative (CGC) provides individualized services and education to children, families, and communities in need of academic and social-emotional support with a foundation in behavior analysis. We value each family and community's distinct views, ethics, and treatment preferences, and vow to operate with respect and socially valid treatment for each client.
