THE FACILITY IS LICENSED AS SUCH BY THE NEW YORK STATE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE NEW YORK STATE PUBLIC HEALTH LAW.

We coordinate and deliver comprehensive, cost effective services including nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, social work and home health aide care.
