Crouse Community Center, Inc Is A Residential Health Care Facility Whose Mission Is To Provide Long Term Health Care, Rehabilitation, And Adult Day Care Services To Area Residents Requiring 24 Hour Skilled Nursing Residential Health Care And Adult Day Health Care Services, For Adults, The Elderly And The Disabled.

The mission of Meals-on-Wheels of White Plains is to deliver both food and compassion to our homebound neighbors in need. Meals-on-Wheels serves the shut-ins of our city who are unable to shop or prepare adequate meals themselves. These people are homebound due to some medical problem or condition such as a physical injury, physical illness, mental illness, recovery from surgery, etc. Meals-on-Wheels delivers two delicious and nutritionally balanced meals per day. Our goal is to bring to each client a smile and meals that taste great, look pleasing and meet their special health needs. We deliver two delicious and nutritionally balanced meals per day. A professional dietician has carefully helped to plan the meals. The skilled chefs at Horizon Foor Service Corlook pleasing and meet their special health needs.

WAICV was formed under the auspices of Wheeler Avenue Baptist Church. The primary role of WAICV is to fund the affiliate non-profit organizations entities, specifically, WA5C's (Wheeler Avenue Central City Comprehensive Community Center) and WATMI (Wheeler Avenue Triangle Ministries Incorporated). These Wheeler-affiliated entities seek to serve those persons located primarily within the Third Ward of Houston with issues relating to affordable housing, transitional housing, social services accessibility, food insecurity, eldercare, senior services, family services, prenatal care for at-risk populations, and mental health education and awareness.

Their mission is to provide health services to the Camden, Maine are community.

One Generation Away is a not-for-profit organization whose mission is to Wipe hunger off the face of America by teaching people to love one another through service.  One Generation Away distributes healthy foods to low income families throughout Middle Tennessee that currently do not have access to food sources due to economic and physical barriers. One Generation Away has addressed this need by establishing a mobile food pantry that delivers meals to low income communities.

The Bridge's purpose is to reduce adult long-term homelessness in Dallas and the surrounding region by developing, coordinating, and/or delivering the following services: outreach/intake, jail diversion/reentry, emergency shelter/transitional shelter, primary health care/behavioral health care, recreational/educational activities, employment/supported employment/disability income and affordable housing/supportive housing. The Bridge benefits the broader community with increasing public safety and improving public health.

The Mount Desert Nursing Association is dedicated to serving the health care needs of the Island of Mount Desert’s seasonal and year-round residents.
