CONGREGATIONAL HOME'S MISSION IS AN EXTENSION OF THE MISSION OF FIRST CONGREGATIONAL CHURCH -WAUKESHA, WHOSE MISSION IS TO MAINTAIN A CARING COMMUNITY FOR THE ELDERLY OFFERING HEALTHCARE AND OTHER SERVICES. CONGREGATIONAL HOME DECLARES THAT IT IS IMPORTANT TO RESPECT AND HONOR THE DIGNITY OF EACH INDIVIDUAL RESIDENT, TO MAINTAIN SUPERIOR QUALITY FACILITIES AND PROGRAMMING, TO CONSIDER SERVICES THAT CAN BE DELIVERED IN THE COMMUNITY, AND TO MAINTAIN FINANCIAL STRENGTH AND STABILITY.

HINDS' FEET FARM IS DEDICATED TO SERVING PERSONS LIVING WITH BRAIN INJURY. OUR MISSION IS TO MAXIMIZE THE POST INJURY POTENTIAL OF PERSONS LIVING WITH BRAIN INJURY WITH INTEGRATED, UNIQUE, AND HOLISTIC PROGRAMS; ALLOWING OUR MEMBERS TO PURSUE MEANINGFUL ACTIVITIES WHILE DEVELOPING A SENSE OF BELONGING AT HOME AND IN THE SURROUNDING COMMUNITIES. WE WILL ACCOMPLISH THIS MISSION WITH UNIQUE, PERSON-CENTERED, POST-REHABILITATION, COMMUNITY-BASED PROGRAMS.

Care USA Foundation Inc, is a 501c(3) non-profit organization specially designed by Care Personnel Healthcare Inc, to provide free home healthcare services to wounded, ill and disabled veterans who are unable to take care of life basic needs. Our main goal is to expedite the recovery process for our brave military men and women by lifting the burdens from them and their families who have sacrificed so much for our freedom.

The mission of Bridge Meadows is to build and sustain supportive intergenerational neighborhoods for families of children who have experienced the foster care system, promoting permanency and caring relationships, while offering safety and meaningful purpose to the daily lives of older adults.
