BHS Water Polo Boosters mission is to promote water polo in the area, enable athletes to practice and compete in a safe, positive, and fun environment and allow athletes to enjoy water polo while balancing other pursuits and interests. The team provides training and competition, in a no-cut sport, not supported by the school district or otherwise known as a club sport, for all athletes regardless of skill or experience level. While success in the water is important, our coaches also believe personal development out of the water is just as critical. The coaches promise to create an environment where athletes can reach their full potential both physically and personally by utilizing positive coaching techniques and stressing teamwork and sportsmanship.

West oaks little league was started in 1979 and has served the Houston, TX alief and fort bend communities as a place to play a favorite past time of America, baseball; for many years. As of april 15, 2016, west oaks little league’s fields were affected by the storms that hit the Houston area. Our fields are a part of harris county’s flood plain and harbor the water from addicks reservoir and dam; this is to keep the surrounding neighborhoods/areas from flooding. Our fields, concession stand and equipment shed will be under water for about two months. We need help to replace mostly everything due to rust, structural and mold concerns. Everything we strive to do is centered on ensuring that people of all ages with disabilities experience feelings of well-being, accomplishment, friendship, and inclusion. Our primary objective is to strengthen and grow the TLC Hurricanes, a Burlington County based training program preparing athletes for the Special Olympics of NJ and so much more. As our organization evolves, we seek to develop programs for our participants providing work skills, job skills, job coaching, and employment coordination throughout our community.

Camp Casco

Camp Casco provides amazing summer camp experiences for children affected by cancer that aim to restore the fun of summer with traditional camp activities, free-of-cost. Experienced camp counselors and professional medical staff support and encourage campers to rise above their diagnoses, shedding their insecurities and building lifelong friendships with peers who share their struggles with cancer. Camp Casco offers one week-long Day Camp and one week-long Overnight Camp each summer, as well as family socials throughout the year. Our programs allow New England children and families affected by childhood cancer to build lasting peer support networks with others who "get it".
