The club also works towards breaking down barriers and reducing stigma surrounding mental health issues by promoting awareness and understanding of mental health within the wider community. This can be achieved through education and outreach programmes, as well as working with local organisations and businesses to raise awareness and support for mental health initiatives. Ultimately, the mission of Minds United Football Club is to improve the mental health and wellbeing of the community, by fostering a sense of connection and belonging, promoting physical activity and healthy lifestyles, and providing opportunities for personal growth and development.

Jingles Obrien Scholarship Fund

The intent of this scholarship fund is to ensure Jingles’ will eternally give back to the Greater Madison Area through non-profit hockey clubs and ice arenas. It gives families in financial hardship an opportunity for their children to participate in an excellent team sport that provides tremendous exercise and a sense of belonging to a great hockey community. The Fund is about awarding good kids that give back to the club or community the opportunity to play hockey. The Fund will also award clubs directly to help promote hockey at the youth level.
