Academia FC Mexico's mission is to offer high-quality school education to socially disadvantaged adolescents while being part of an amateur and / or professional football team, developing their unique personalities and helping them become value-based societal role models.

Lions Camp Merrick provides youth between the ages of six and 16 opportunities to learn, first hand, about nature, improve their social and team building skills, to grow physically and mentally in a nurturing environment that promotes the making of exciting and lasting memories.

Our mission is to restore a sense of dignity and pride in young Egyptian women by building their self-confidence and empowering them mentally and physically to develop themselves. Heya Masr targets disadvantaged young girls and boys aged 6-18 to strengthen their character. We do this by providing a safe and nurturing environment for physical activities, nutritional and healthy lifestyle education, character development activities, sexual harassment, and bullying awareness and self-defense strategies. We believe that to make an impact, and we need to educate both young women and men equally. Heya Masr is empowering a young generation of girls and boys now for a better Egypt tomorrow. Heya Masr uniquely targets girls at an early age since we rely on UN studies (1) that indicate that behavioral changes occur at the early stages of development. This approach helps us equip women with mechanisms to rise above the negative impacts of extreme deprivation, abuse, and other adversities in their most formative years of development. We seek a proactive impact on women during adolescence to become stronger, more confident, and independent, thereby positively influencing future generations in Egypt. PLAY International is a charity founded in 1999 on a conviction: sport is a source of solutions to our societal challenges. Its mission is to cocreate and implement education and inclusion projects for children and youth in vulnerable situations, using sport and sport games as educational tools. The NGO works in particular on issues such as access to and retention in school, gender equalitý, community reconciliation, health prevention, environmental education, living together, changing the way we look at disability... Since its creation, it has implemented educational and humanitarian projects, in France and internationally in 20 countries, for the benefit of nearly one million children.

HORSEPOWER's mission is to promote and enhance the welfare of individuals with disabilities by providing a program of therapeutic, educational and recreational value, and further, to empower individuals who are mentally, physically, emotionally and/or socially challenged through the use of horses, while providing therapeutic benefits in a safe and controlled atmosphere.

To achieve the better livelihood of the rural population of different sections of the community through initiation of environmental conservation, social justice as well as innovative environmental friendly sustainable development activities. The goal is to assist for the improvement of household economy of the pro-poor population in order to achieve enhanced livelihood.

The mission of the School of Acrobatics & New Circus Arts (SANCA) is to improve the mental and physical health of children of all ages and abilities by engaging them in the joyous creativity of acrobatics and circus arts. SANCA offers experiences that are physically challenging, socially enriching, encourage participation in the arts, and reach youth of all ages and abilities who have the least access and opportunity to participate in healthy, creative, physical arts activities. SANCA gives youth a safe, social, constructive environment to be physically active, to learn physical literacy, and to learn physical creativity and performing arts. Our programs create opportunities for young people to explore their interests and build positive relationships with peers and adults.

CORRAL pairs at-risk girls with rescued horses to promote healing, transformational growth and ultimately, lasting life-change. The CORRAL Riding Academy is a youth-serving nonprofit operating out of Cary, North Carolina. This program’s mission pairs at-risk girls between the ages of eleven and eighteen with rescued horses to promote healing, transformational growth, and ultimately, lasting life change. CORRAL is intended as a long-term intervention for the youth, requiring a minimum of one year’s commitment from each participant, and anticipating a four to seven year commitment for each student with reapplication every year. The intention of CORRAL is to shepherd youth through their difficult teenage years and into college. The structure of CORRAL is based on five components: horseback riding, vocational training, tutoring, equine-assisted psychotherapy (EAP), and mentorship. These components are designed to allow participants to gain equine knowledge and skills, and also develop the behaviors, attitudes, and skills necessary for success in life beyond horses. CORRAL accepts participants from referring agencies within the community including Human Services, local law enforcement, Juvenile Justice, Teen Court, school teachers and administrators, and other sources. Candidates are selected through an application and interview process. This process measures and compares level of risk and level of commitment with the end goal being that selected participants will demonstrate both a high level or risk and a high level of commitment.
