The Somis Thursday Club has served the Camarillo area for over one hundred years. The club pursues a number of activities to promote culture, education and civic welfare among the citizens of Somis and the adjacent communities.
The Friends of the Fox River Trail exist to enhance, maintain, and collaborate for all things Fox River Trail. The Trail is a premier recreation and transportation trail located in Brown County. It is a linear parkway linking cities and village along the Fox River with urban amenities, rural vistas, and open farmland. Upgrades: including resurfacing the 24 year old four season trail, adding a parking lot at Midway Road, replacing culvers and infrastructure and expending the pavement 3.4 miles. The improvements will improve safety, entice new users, provide wellness opportunities, and promote businesses and tourism from Green Bay to Greenleaf, Wisconsin.

The Miracle League of the Lehigh Valley was created to serve a growing population of children with special needs. Through the efforts of a dedicated board and a caring community, children with disabilities will be able to participate in a baseball league of their own starting in the summer of 2006.

The Friends of Largo Nature Parks is a volunteer group of nature-enthusiasts at McGough Nature Park in Largo, who work with and care for raptors and other animals, so we can educate the public about the natural world. We are a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization.
Restoration of Harkness Memorial State Park, including refurnishing the mansion with period antiques, restoring the greenhouses (lead paint & asbestos removal), and maintaining the gardens. Fundraising events are used to support these goals and objectives.
