The New Children's Museum is a new model of children's museum whose mission is to stimulate imagination, creativity and critical thinking in children and families through inventive and engaging experiences with contemporary art. We encourage and empower children to think, play and create through interactive exhibitions, engaging art-making activities, captivating artistic performances and education opportunities.

The Northwest Arkansas Children’s Shelter is a private, non-profit organization that provides 24-hour residential, emergency triage care for children throughout Arkansas who are victims of abandonment, abuse or neglect. Our mission is to provide these children in crisis with a safe haven, high-quality care and hope for the future.v

The mission of the Homeless Children’s Playtime Project is to cultivate resilience in children experiencing family homelessness by providing and expanding access to transformative play experiences. We do this by: --Creating ongoing play opportunities that nurture healthy child development; --Challenging systemic injustice by advocating for policies and practices that reduce the risk of chronic homelessness; and --Connecting families with critical support services and supplies in the community to meet their concrete needs

“The Gym Dandies” is not about winning or losing. The primary goal of this program is to help children develop motor skills, confidence, and self-esteem in a non-competitive atmosphere. There are no special skills required to join “The Gym Dandies.” Ultimately, participants will apply their skills cooperatively in performances for the purpose of entertainment. Will improve the participant’s confidence and self-esteem by providing opportunities for each child to demonstrate learned skills and to experience success. Will promote circus arts as a desirable and appropriate activity for physical education, recreation, and extracurricular programs across the State of Maine.
