Girls on the Run - New Hampshire's mission is to inspire girls to be joyful, healthy and confident using a fun, experience-based curriculum which creatively integrates running.

Our mission is to offer hope and healing for those grieving the loss of someone special or struggling with the challenges of life by providing support services in the Southeastern Connecticut Community. In addition to grief support, we promote suicide awareness and prevention with education on suicide risk factors and warning signs.

We inspire girls in 3rd-8th grades to be joyful, healthy and confident using a fun, experience-based curriculum which creatively integrates running. Girls on the Run honors its core values. Research shows that the more of the Five Promises our youth receive - caring adultls, safe places, a healthy start, effective education, opportunities to help others - the greater their chances of future success. America's Promise Alliance is the nation's largest partnership organization dedicated to improving the lives of children and youth by raising awareness, supporting communitites, and engaging in non-partisan advocacy to ensure that young people graduate high school with the skills they need to succeed in college and the 21st century workplace.

The Emily K Center, a non-profit organization in Durham, was established in 2006 and named in honor of Coach Mike Krzyzewski’s mother. Our mission is to inspire students to dream big, act with character and purpose, and reach their potential as leaders in their community. The Center’s K to College Model serves academically-focused, low-income students in out-of-school programming designed to help them achieve in school, gain entry to college, and break the cycle of poverty in their families.  In addition, the Center serves thousands of students and community members monthly through the use of the Center’s multipurpose rooms, gymnasium and performance stage.

Girls on the Run inspires 3rd-8th grade girls to be more joyful, healthy and confident using an interactive and fun curriculum that creatively integrates running. We give girls the tools and skills necessary to navigate their world confidently and to unleash their limitless potential.

Founded in 1983, The Wooden Floor is one of the most progressive arts-for-youth nonprofit organizations in the country. We transform the lives of young people in low-income communities through the power of dance and access to higher education. In Orange County and through our national licensed partners, we use a long-term approach grounded in exploratory dance education to foster the resources within each child to innovate, communicate, and collaborate – skills necessary for success in school and in life. 100 percent of students who graduate from The Wooden Floor immediately enroll in higher education. Our students become change agents and beacons of hope within their own families, their neighborhoods, our community, and our world.

Our mission provides redeemption from a world of brokenness by way of teaching biblical principles, feeding the homeless, minister healing and deliverance to the sick locally and internationally.

The purpose of Friends of Raise the Roof Project will be to provide vision and guidance for the ministry of Raise the Roof Project and to evaluate and secure creative funding for the ministry's endeavors.
