Toigo's mission is to inspire change—to advance more inclusive leadership within finance and beyond. Diversity in Finance | Access to Talent: We develop leaders and foster the career advancement of highly talented women and men throughout their MBA experience. Our 1,700 Toigo alumni are the foundation on which we have built programming to support the career ascension and retention of minority leaders in finance. Sustained Partnerships | Inclusive Leadership: Over the past 30+ years, Toigo’s partnerships have persisted during times of both abrupt change and innovation. The trust we have earned and the lessons learned allow Toigo to help organizations fulfill the promise of more inclusive workplaces through tailored strategies. Toigo’s strong relationships with industry leaders allow us to advocate on behalf of our Alumni with C-suite and corporate board aspirations, entrepreneurial passions and more. We have built a model with a conviction to encourage thinking beyond what is comfortable to what is possible. Today, Toigo Alumni demonstrate the amazing power of combining talent with compassion, impact with community, and business with family. This is the Toigo Legacy.

Our mission is to do just that, by giving young people, their educators and their caregivers, practical tools and training in critical thinking. Critical thinking is a primary tool in combatting coercion and coercive control in all its forms, helping to prevent its effects on society.

To support community-based organizations that serve health, educational, and social needs of children residing in ethnically diverse urban communities. These goal are met through our scholarship program, community empowerment centers, HIV/AIDS granting and social programs.

Our mission is simple: we inspire young people to discover the power of their voice. Using one-on-one mentorship, low-income students learn how to write original stories and see them brought to life on stage and film. Thanks to thousands of volunteer mentors, actors, and professional teaching artists, we serve more than 60 public schools in Los Angeles and New York City, reaching 1,200 students in elementary, middle, and high school each year. As a result, young people learn that their voice matters.

"Our mission at HRF has evolved from the simple notion of providing youth with a fun camp trip to improving young lives and creating a positive impact across South LA. We invest in students, their families, their schools and their communities. We bring youth and parents from Watts and Compton out for a safe, nurturing, and enriching adventure at no cost to them, and we use that experience to foster positive discourse, provide tools for reflection, and help young men and women set goals to rewrite the future of their school and their community."

To grow the presence of the children of low-income families, women, African Americans, Hispanic Americans, and Native Americans in the STEM professions and prepare them for community service.

To be a premier means for at-risk Ecuadorian youth to achieve a post-secondary education.

To effectuate positive change in the lives of youth, particularly those in underserved communities, by providing resources, innovative opportunities, and experiences that will help them succeed in life and become contributing members of their communities.

Young Heroes supports families of AIDS orphans in Swaziland with monthly stipends, healthcare and business and vocational training.

Our VisionAn Oregon where every child can read and is empowered to succeed. Our MissionWe engage community volunteers to read one-on-one with PreK-3rd grade children who need literacy support. Participating children also receive new books each month - up to 14 each year - to keep and read with their families.

We have provided lower income children, 50 learn to swim scholarships, Held Baseball camp, Holiday Toy Drive, Sponsored two artist to teach an arts class for kids.
