The mission of the Discover Outdoors Foundation is to positively impact learning through life-changing outdoor experiences. Whether it’s a student in the Bronx or a family in Los Angeles, we believe everyone has an equal right to relish the natural world. In 1998, the club created the Foundation who’s mission is “To manage and grow the funds entrusted to it in a lawful manner and to make available charitable funding in perpetuity for qualified beneficiaries selected by the Rotary Club of Point West.” Since 1998, the Foundation has donated over $1.1 million to over one hundred worthy charitable causes in three broad categories: Organizations that create opportunity, enhance self esteem, and provide physical and moral support for vulnerable children; Programs that celebrate or promote community service; and Service activities of Rotary International and other Rotary clubs. Grants must finance a specific benevolent activity; requests for support of general operations (operating expenses) are not considered; and grants are made only to qualified 501 (c) (3) and other tax qualified organizations. That Others May Live Foundation provides immediate tragedy assistance, critical support, and scholarships for the families of U.S Air Force Rescue service members who are killed or wounded in operational or training missions. TOMLF also provides advocacy, guidance, and support to U.S. Air Force Rescue service members, veterans, and families affected by visible and invisible wounds.

The East Palo Alto Kids Foundation (EPAK) is a community-based, all-volunteer organization whose mission is to promote educational opportunity and academic success for students in East Palo Alto and eastern Menlo Park. EPAK provides micro-grants directly to classroom teachers and finds sponsors to fund sponsored projects that significantly impact the learning environment for more than one classroom of students.

Providing sports and recreation programs for children and adults with physical disabilities to ensure opportunities equal to their able-bodied peers. We believe that every athlete should have the opportunity to play the sports they love. San Diego Adaptive Sports Foundation (dba Adaptive Sports and Recreation Association) is a 501c3 nonprofit organization that relies on the generosity of community sponsors, businesses, and individuals to provide the best athletic programs for children and adults with physical disabilities.

North Metro Martial Arts Foundation's, a 501(c)(3), mission is to provide exceptional martial arts training in a family-focused environment that encourages each student to achieve their own personal victory, pilsung. Youth not only gain a sense of self-control, discipline and respect; they also develop pro-social, leadership and life skills through the variety of integrated programs that are offered; mentoring, after school, and traditional martial arts classes.

The mission of the C5 Youth Foundation of Texas is to change the odds for high potential youth...inspiring them to pursue personal success and preparing them for leadership roles in college, work, and their communities. We do this by engaging middle and high school students from under resourced communities in five years of intensive leadership experiences including year-round leadership development programs, signature summer activities, community action, and preparation for continuing education and career development.

Kristi Yamaguchi’s Always Dream Foundation inspires underserved children to reach for their dreams through innovative reading programs and by advancing the cause of early childhood literacy. We partner with and fund breakthrough reading programs that combine technology with books to raise literacy skills, increase overall academic success and life potential. We also work to engage and involve families and the community around the importance of early childhood literacy through events and advocacy that inspire children to dream big.

The CCC Youth Foundation (CCCYF) supports cycling programs for children and teens that promote community engagement, cycling safety, and both recreational & competitive cycling opportunities. The CCCYF hosts cycling-oriented fundraising events such as races for all age groups, workshops that focus on cycling development and safety. The CCCYF also provides funds and bikes to local schools and youth development organizations for programs that draw attention to the positive role cycling can play in the healthy development of a child’s life.

The mission of C5 Georgia is to inspire high-potential youth from risk-filled environments to pursue personal success, to prepare them for leadership roles in college, work and community, and to motivate them to become role models for others.

The overall mission of Blue Hope is to raise funds, resources, social awareness, and provide other support for a variety of self-sustaining social development projects and programs, both domestically and abroad, in order to effectively fight social injustice at a grass roots level. As of its founding, Blue Hope is primarily focusing on working with education, poverty, and children’s issues in Tanzania, East Africa and has done so by constructing and supporting a residential and educational facility and its outreach program. House of Blue Hope pulls kids off the streets and puts them into a safe living and learning environment. With such access to one of the top schools in the country, the current and future residents of the House of Blue Hope will be provided with top-notch educational opportunities in a country in which only about 12% of the population receives a secondary education. Furthermore, the facility has become a large part of the local high school’s community service program, as well as a catalyst to keep alumni involved and connected after graduation.
