Motorcycle Relief Project is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that provides relief to veterans with PTSD and other injuries by taking them on structured and professionally-led five-day dual sport motorcycle adventures. Our mission is to honor and encourage veterans while providing opportunities for them to decompress, get unstuck, connect with other veterans and take steps toward healing and recovery.

Our goal is to inspire intelligent use of the earth's natural resources and empower individuals to become leaders in biosphere stewardship. The problem - The health of our biosphere – our life support system – is decreasing due to climate change and the needs associated with a growing human population. Our efforts are strategic - We address this global challenge by working locally with island peoples whose livelihood is most affected by sweeping ecological changes. Our projects are collaborative - We learn from individuals about their environment while empowering them to become active advocates, practitioners, and leaders in their communities.

The Central Connecticut Coast YMCA is a charitable, not-for-profit, community service organization dedicated to putting Judeo-Christian principles into practice through programs that build healthy spirit, mind, and body for all. Additionally, programs and services are offered through YMCA Camp Hi-Rock located in Mount Washington, MA. Girls Inc. of Alameda County's mission is to inspire all girls to be strong, smart, and bold. Our vision is for all girls growing up in Alameda County to feel valued, safe, and prepared to achieve their dreams of college, career attainment, and leadership. To that end, we connect girls from underserved neighborhoods with access to the resources and opportunities they need to navigate gender, economic, and racial barriers, and realize their potential.

POISE (Providing Opportunities for Independence and Social Experiences) is an organization dedicated to maximizing the human potential of children with social communication disorders – specifically those diagnosed with Asperger’s disorder or high functioning autism. These truly exceptional youngsters are creative, passionate and intelligent people whose inability to appropriately connect with their peers hinders their capacity to share their gifts and talents with the outside world and often leaves them feeling socially isolated and depressed. Summer camp communities help children feel valued and connected; they build self-esteem, facilitate lasting friendships and instill core values. Camps that specialize in children with high functioning autism spectrum disorders are uniquely positioned to cultivate the social and life skills these underserved children need to be truly successful and productive adults. POISE exists to provide scholarships to families who could not otherwise afford to give their children the magical – and critically life-changing – experience of summer camp.

To empower youth transitioning out of the foster care system to become confident, productive and successful adults and to understand God's love for them through 1) connecting them with a Christian mentor for min of 6 mo for healthy authentic relationships 2)training them for job readiness skills with our Jobs for Life 8 week program 3) assisting them with job placement and continued educational needs for future

Live Like Doug is a tax exempt organization dedicated to enriching the lives of kids after the loss of a loved one. They provide something different than traditional grief support; they focus on the celebration of life. Their programs encourage connection and personal development through social, creative, mindful, and physical activities. By enhancing their overall well-being, they prepare kids to move forward and experience all that life has to offer.

Kids Hope USA exists to meet the need that every child has: the need for healthy, consistent relationships with adults in their lives who are there to help them grow, develop, and thrive. Since 1995, Kids Hope USA has responded to that need by connecting students with caring and consistent mentors who are committed to their futures. From the start, our mission was clear: to build life-changing relationships one at a time.

The Dalton Bacco "Living the Dream Fund" strives to provide children in foster care (primarily youth living in a group home or RTF) a positive adult connection that will offer assistance in life skills and other emotional supports as they transition into adulthood. These youth do not have anyone, other than a caseworker, to guide them. Our organization also offers fun and exciting events that the child may not have gotten the chance to experience

We see how deeply survivors of complex trauma are suffering, often alone and unseen. The Wild Hope is an emerging community equine therapy center committed to providing access to a safe space to heal and foster belonging.Because we ALL deserve to lead a rich life of connection and meaning!We'll do this through Equine-Assisted Therapy and Programs, Alternative Therapies, Trauma-Informed Horsemanship, Supportive Relationships, and Collaborative Community Partnerships

Art Share L.A.'s mission is to support artists by providing a creative environment for them to reside, develop, perform, and exhibit. Art Share L.A. inspires artists and provides connection to the community for shared benefits. We maintain a 28,000 square ft. warehouse in the heart of the Arts District. Upstairs, we provide 30 subsidized live/work lofts for artists. Downstairs, we have a community-programmed facility offering classes, exhibitions, and events.
