The mission of Northwest Outward Bound School is to change lives through challenge and discovery.

Make Music Nola (MMN) is an intensive music-for-social-change program. the mission of Make Music Nola is to promote academic achievement, cultivate artistic expression, and promote the healthy growth and development of children in New Orleans through culturally relevant music instruction and performance. MMN provides tuition-free music instruction to students who are eligible for free or reduced lunch in New Orleans, Louisiana.

The Astraea Lesbian Foundation for Justice is the only philanthropic organization working exclusively to advance LGBTQI human rights around the globe. We support brilliant and brave grantee partners in the U.S. and internationally who challenge oppression and seed change. We work for racial, economic, social, and gender justice, because we all deserve to live our lives freely, without fear, and with dignity.

Lion's Pride empowers upperclassmen student leaders to guide incoming freshmen to reach their fullest potential. We train high-performing juniors and seniors to mentor freshmen, focusing on goal setting, good study habits, and social-emotional growth. Ultimately, Lion's Pride seeks to change Chicago's education landscape by helping more students graduate from high school and the college of their choice.

Chicago Lights builds brighter futures for Chicago’s youth and adults through supportive relationships and life-changing programs. We provide creative youth development and adult social services that help people build the skills they need to transcend systemic barriers and lead fulfilling lives. We partner with Chicago’s youth and adults in mentoring, supportive services, academic enrichment, career development, and arts education.

Anytown empowers youth by educating, embracing and promoting diversity and tolerance. Anytown reduces bias, bigotry and prejudice in all forms and creates leaders through an experiential environment that is life-changing, enabling young people to better understand others and to be agents of change in their communities.

The Village Method is a holistic approach to enhance the individual, interpersonal, and community relationships between culture, education, and inclusion of families of African ancestry. We do this using a multi-pronged approach combining youth development, family engagement and community outreach.
